How to Send Fb leads to my client daily at specific time
Please help me with this scenario.I have lead campaign running on fb and google as well. i want to update the google sheet whenever i'm getting leads on Ads. and i want to send this updated sheet daily to my client at 10 A.M through mail. i tried with lots methods but i can't able to find the solution. could you please help me with the steps ??RegardsAmrish J
One Slack message for multiple Google Sheet Rows
Hi guys,my automation: every time a card is due in Trello, it creates a new row in google sheets and sends a message to slack. my problem: the cards in trello are due on the same date and time, thats why i get a slack message for every row thats being added. I want to get only one message to slack, when the are no more cards being added to google sheets.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you so much and greetings from Germany! :)))

I have one thing that I need help with. One of my zaps is working perfectly, and pulls through the net amount of a booking from the email and puts it straight into Monday.com. It does this by this field: However on our GETYOURGUIDE Zapier I want to add in the field ‘GYG Net’ but it is not on Zapier and I can’t work out how to add it in. It is in monday like below: Please let me know how to add this into zapier as a field :) Thanks!
How to stop my top row from moving in my Google Sheet?
Hi therewonder if somebody could help me please.i currently use GoCanvas to collect data and transfer it via zapier to a google sheet however some times my top row likes to drop down suddenly and its in the middle of my data. nobody touches the sheet but it makes no sense.Anybody have any idea as ive tried to Freeze the top row but it still moves. Also, the entries like to chop and change in order. some will start in time order but then will drop down or move to the top row without anybody touching anything.

I have 2 forms on Practice Better that are used for client onboarding. I am wondering if there is a way to automatically input the results into a Google Sheets document which is set up to provide us a percentage for groups of questions. RingCentral Send SMS Only Able to Select One number
Hello, we are looking to fire out a SMS message after a lead is updated within Salesforce and it runs through a filter meeting specific variables. At the RingCentral “Action” after our account is synced up (I am the admin) the only number showing available for the “Phone Number From” is my direct number and not any of the other users. Outside of creating an individual zap for each of our users individually and syncing up their accounts, are there any other options (or settings in RingCentral) that would allow the selection of any of the users numbers available for our organization?

Airtable to Firebase zap won't get all Airtable records.
So I created a Zap to is supposed to get all the records in an Airtable base and copy those to a Firebase/Firestore database. During setup teh test works and a new document is created in my Firestore database.However, the first time I did it, zapier detected all the 142 records in my airtable which created 142 documents in Firestore, thats what I wanted.But I had to change a few things on the data exported in the zap settings.Upon deleting all my documents in Firestore and restarting my zap, now it wont detect the 142 records in my airtable.
multiple page PDF read on nanonet, to google sheet.
Hello, I am able to successfully upload a multi-page PDF onto nanonet through zapier. However only the info from the first page of the PDF is added on as a new record onto google sheet. I want the 2nd, 3rd, nth page of the PDF added as new, individual records on google sheets as well. How to fix?

Will making text changes to Typeform questions break the Zap?
I am planning to integrate typeform with Zapier. However, since typeform doesn’t allow to give unique IDs to the form fields, will making any text changes to the question in typeform break the integration? e.g in the screenshot attached, if i change the question in typeform from from “Are you noticing ..” to “Have you noticed ...”, will it break the link?

Currently, our business maintains a list of its subscribers in a Google Doc which is viewable by our partners. Partners check to make sure our subscribers are in good standing before honoring a discount. As of now, we manually add names (or remove them) from this list as needed.We’d like to create a workflow/Zap that automates this process. For example, if we create a field in an Organization within PipeDrive that lists each subscriber as ‘paid’, could we create a Zap to edit the Google Doc as people pay (or are designated as not paid)?I see options to add a row or edit a row with a Zap, but don’t understand how to set the condition of evaluating one field (‘Paid’), then updating the Sheet. Initial trials have proved frustrating. Am I making this too complicated? Or not understanding the complexity sufficiently?The videos outlining the basics of Zapier are easy to understand.. but I’ve so far been unable to translate them into actions that make sense.
Copper: Update Company when Opportunity is Won
New to Zapier here and trying to set a Zap to update a specific Company custom field in Copper (only if blank) when an Opportunity in a specific pipeline is won. What exactly? When an opportunity in our sales pipeline is won, check the company record to see if the custom field “partner since” contains data. Only if blank, fill in the current year.My Trigger is set to an Updated Opportunity Status in Copper.I know I need to use a filter, but keep running into an issue at my filter test. My test succeeds when I have only the first filter pictured in place, Pipeline ID exactly matches 605135, but when I add status exactly matches Won, the test fails. Any tips on what I may be missing here? We definitely have won opportunities in this pipeline.Next Question - is it possible to add a filter to move forward only if the corresponding company record custom field is blank? I am trying to add this filter but am not seeing any of my custom fields on the company record as an option. I only see sta

For example, if I have a zap delayed for one week and its triggered on the 5th, and on the 6th this zap triggers again, I want these two zaps to not be accumulated so that they are released on the 12th for the first zap and on the 13th for the second zap of that month. Can I remove contacts from a mailing list using Constant Contact?
I will soon be working with someone that wants to set up a Zap using Constant Contact. They have a few mailing lists that need contacts to be added or removed depending on the flow of data.My ‘how to’ question is, can we remove and add contacts from lists using the provided action “Update Contact”?
