Ah, it sounds like the Gravity forms app might have some additional functionality that’s missing from the Google Sheets app on Zapier. Adding a new row to the top of a Google Sheets Spreadsheet isn’t currently possible but is something that’s been asked about before in Community:
There’s a feature request mentioned on that related topic for the ability to add a new row to the top of a spreadsheet instead of the bottom. It sounds like that’s what you’re after here so I’ve added your vote to that. There’s a workaround mentioned there which you might want to checkout in the meantime!
I can’t make any promises as to when that will be added to the Google Sheets app but we’ll be sure to email you as soon as it is. Sorry to not have a more immediate solution here. If we come across any news or additional workarounds for this we’ll be sure to share them on the main topic for this feature request. 🙂
