Can I create a Zap between Clio and Microsoft Outlook for automatic case updates to clients via email?

Hello,

I was wondering if it´s possible to create a Zap between Clio and Outlook so that every time an update on a case happens, it automatically Emails the respective client to keep them informed of the status of their case.

 

We would like to keep the communication updated so the client has is informed as to what is currently happening with their case.

I wouldn’t anticipate that being a problem!

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Clio - Matter Status Updated
  2. Action: Microsoft Outlook - Send Email

I was wondering if Zapier will be updated as Clio Manage has the New “Stages” that are work-in-progress boards that you can use to visualize and track matter progress, and if it would be possible to send an update email to the clients informing of the status of their case.

Hi there @j1358 - it looks like we don’t currently have an integration for the Stages board that you mention. I’m curious what others may say in the Clio Community, I have a link here and you may find folks who can help explore workarounds: https://community.clio.com/
