I have a zap that connects a Ninja Form (on a Wordpress website) with Monday.com and adds a new row into a board. I have everything connected and it is working but not all of the information is connecting to the board correctly and I am getting the following error when I try to add some of the data from the form: invalid value, please check our API documentation for the correct data structure for this column. https://monday.com/developers/v2#column-values-sectionI was guessing that the issue was that data that was filled in on the form had to go into Monday.com in a certain format. Maybe the inbuilt Phone column in the board in Monday.com needed to be in a certain format but I just added in a new Phone column with a new JSON value. That worked for some of the values, but not for all.So below the name and the address will go into Monday.com and the test zap works when I just have those two values in it. But the phone number (which is just a test) will not zap and when I test with it it
Hey All, We have a custom build solution that is good but now we are moving into Salesforce and trying to get all the data to sync across. We have three fields Company name, First Name and Last Name. I want the system to grab the company name in a zap and then if there is no company name in the database (for example they are a private customer with no company) then I want the company name to be the First and Last name fields. Can you please help me out I think I have overthought this or being super blond, either way I need your assistance. Cheers Trent
This seems like it would be a simple task, but I can’t logic how to make it work.We use Google Forms for a program sign-up. That goes to Sheets, and we have a zap that takes the info from Sheets and creates a record in AirTable. Works great.But now I want our participants to be able to update some of their info. It seems like this could be done via an AirTable form. But - we don’t want it to create a new record - as we have lots of notes fields now attached to their original record. Do we create a Zap back to Sheets? It appears AirTable doesn’t have this functionality (to update a record) within their own platform, and they suggest a multi-step Zap. But that info doesn’t translate to what I’m trying to do.Is there a simple solution to this??

Hello,I am looking for a solution.For a HR client, he wants to create automatically event on Google Calendar of 30 minutes.I add a duration of 30 minutes in Google Calendar but I want than a time for example on Monday from 9am to 12pm, organize meetings of 30 minutes. So it will 6 meetings of 30 meetings I don’t how to do that.Do you have any idea? I use airtable, google calendar and zapier to do everything.Thank you!
Hi,I’m new to using zaps / creating them, but love the potential I think they could have. I’d love to set up a zap that can go through my calendar and look at all the appointments and for those that have this symbol <> check to ensure there is at least 1 additional person on the invite and it that it has either a location or a zoom link. I’ve been searching around this site and online and haven’t found anything that fits this bill. Any suggestions on how to do this? Or if there is a stock zap I could use?Cheers!
Hey all, I would like to automatically sent a prize voucher every 1st day of the month, to a random participant who completed a survey the month before.Tools I’m using:Zapier (DUH) (subscription) Surveymonkey (subscription) Google slides Microsoft ExcelHere’s what I have and what I’m struggling with:I’ve connected Surveymonkey to MS Excel through zapier to collect the email addresses. And in a different Zap, I was able to automatically sent an email with a voucher (based on GSlides template) attached. But for me the difficult part is to randomly select a participant every first day of the month, based on the data of the month before.I was playing around with the scheduling trigger. But I wasn’t able to follow that one up with the right action to select a the latest participant of the previous month, let alone a random one. As you can see below. I had trigger done right. Then I used the formatter to create ‘the month before’. And there I got stuck. What is your advice to create a smooth
I have a zap set up that automatically takes new Eventbrite events and adds them to a Google Calendar. However every time a new Eventbrite event is scheduled, it ALWAYS gets put on my Google Calendar at 8:21pm on the day the Eventbrite event gets created (not the day its scheduled for).This is how the date/time field is set up in my Zap.Any help?
In my Airtable view, each record that enters is associated with a different employee. I would like to create a separate digest for each employee to receive that will only contain the records associated with them.I know I could set up a view for each employee and a separate zap to generate a unique digest for each one, but I would like to consolidate so I only have one zap creating all the digests. Is this possible?I don’t mind adding a step for each employee (the number of employees should always stay beneath five), but I don’t want to continue adding zaps as I’m on the starter plan and would like to stay under the zap limit.Right now for three employees, I’m using four zaps: three to generate the three digests, and then one to actually email it. I have three other digest-types that I’d like to create, however, which quickly balloons to adding 12 more zaps.Filter only cuts out all employees but one, is there a parser or sorter that people use to accomplish this?
Hi,I try to create a zap between Leadfeeder and my crm software named act!.unfortunately i can't connect act! with zapier.I have the notion that it's the url that is giving me the error. Does the url really have to start with https:// or can it also be a url that's starting with http:// ? My database resides on the link http://owa.tuuci.nl/apfw. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work. Same for owa.tuuci.nl without the /apfw.Please help. Thanks!Jochem

I am using a “new GmailAction” to Trigger a simple Google Task to follow up - On a desktop, I can create a simple link in the Task description to link back to the originating email.This does not work from Ipad or Phone (presumably because Google has a separate app for Tasks on these platforms)However if I create a task from Gmail but utilizing the “checkbox icon” it creates a working link back to the original email shown with the “envelope icon” in Tasks.Any thoughts on how I can get that specific link so the original email can be reference for field staff working on phones or Ipads??Screenshot: Upper task created using “checkmark icon” in Gmail to “create task”- works on mobile devices Lower task: Url created using the message ID, only works on desktopIs there a way to request “additional actions” from Gmail or better incorporate the Create Task in Tasks?Thanks ~Kristina
Hi All--brand new to Zapier here, and relatively new to Salesforce as well. I’m trying to transfer this year’s event data into a Salesforce campaign. This action would need to add existing contacts to a campaign, and create contacts that do not yet exist. However, in the template transfer, when I get to the Salesforce section, it asks me to identify a specific contact (if you click the “Contact” drop down, you get specific names, which is why I’m not showing that). This doesn’t make any sense to me because the entire purpose of this is to look up the contact from Eventbrite. What am I missing here? Have I set the template up incorrectly?
I have a quick survey I built with Tally.so that new users can take on my website. At the end of the survey they can choose to subscribe via email. If they subscribe then I have a zap setup to send the new subscriber to an aweber list. The problem…I want to use the user’s response to one of the multiple choice questions as a subscriber tag in aweber. This will allow me to customize content in aweber based on the tag. There is a “tags” field in zapier and I selected the data I wanted to populate as a tag. This is what the zap looks like… in this case the tag that should be passed through to aweber when a new subscriber is created would be “other” When I tested my survey with a test email everything worked except for the tag. No tag was added to my new test subscriber and, therefore, I can not trigger my custom content to be sent to the user. I contacted aweber directly and they sent me to a 3-year old support page that seemed to be outdated info. Any help is appreciated :)
Hi There, I am wanting to have a merged document from Formstack Documents (webmerge) to be uploaded to BambooHR as a file under the employee’s profile in documents.The issue is when I go to create the zap and select upload file and pick an employee, I have to select a category and there is no option to pick a category.I select the custom option and choose something from the document but it still fails for me.
We are using SimplyBook for our online booking platform and would like to create a zap to transfer client records into forms (which we want to create) which our staff will use as part of the service. We use Wufoo Forms and Zoho Books. In the past we had the Wufoo form data sent to WuFoo Books via Zapier. However we now have this note - “ we request you to replace Authtokens with OAuth immediately”. Please advise if there is a tutorial on how to do this. Thank you!
