Hello,I am trying to setup a Zapier interface for Asana and Buffer.Everything works, except the most important part : the attachement.It returns an error “The provided image does not appear to be valid.”I figure this is because the like is signed by amazon AWS and cannot be use indefinitely.I tried Formatter to modify the url before fetching it, still no luck.How can we allow buffer to retrieve attachement from Asana then ?Here is my zap if that can help : Zapier | The easiest way to automate your work | ZapierThe error : Thank you for your support
Hi, this has been raised previously a few months ago but I just want to check that there is still currently no way of getting member joining questions (and emails) out of a Facebook group using Zapier? What would the best solution be to get them added to a CRM - manually add the email addresses to a Google sheet and then zap to the CRM?
Hi,I have recently started using Zapier and Simplybook.me. I have set up a Zap to take new bookings from Simplybook.me and create a new entry in a Google sheet. It works perfectly. However, I have a number of Services that can be booked through Simplybook.me and I was hoping to get a new booking for each service to create a new entry in a separate sheet. From what I can see all bookings from Simplybook.me will only go to the same sheet.Has anyone come across this previously? ThanksKarl

I’ve recently got onto the Zapier platform and would like to find ways to better optimise my company’s workflow but I’m running into some difficulties with regards to how best to achieve what I’m looking to do. I’d greatly appreciate if someone might be able to guide or give me some advice on accomplishing it.Objective: To use Asana as a platform to track new & open tickets and their latest comments while moving the tasks to specified board categories within Asana and being able to remove the task from Asana when a ticket is Closed. Usage: For SDMs to have a quick view of all open tickets and identify those that requires their action and those that does not. Example: Ticket is opened in Zendesk > Creates a new task in Asana Ticket is updated in Zendesk within the past 6 hours > Moves the task to “Recently Updated” category in Asana Ticket is escalated in Zendesk > Moves task to “Action Required” category in Asana Ticket is solved in Zendesk > Moves task to “Solv
Hi,I’m wondering if there is a way I can use google sheets to post to Instagram but scheduled to post at a certain day and time in the future. I did a search but was unable to find an answer.To clarify I want to fill cells with the image, post text, and hashtags. Then a time and date for it to post.or maybe there is another program I could use instead of Google Sheets like Airtable.
I have an integration / zap setup with Dubsado.I want to trigger an email to send when a certain Project status is set in Dubsado.How do I tell Zapier (zap) to watch for a particular status change, instead of all status changes? Hello,I recently created a Zap that connects Slack messages to Google Spreadsheets. Messages come from bots in Slack, and there are different data parts. In Zapier, I can define what data parts should be taken and added to a row in Google Spreadsheets. However, all the data units are added into one column when adding. I want them to be added in the new row but I want them in separate columns instead of one column.Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
I would like to use the SugarCRM 7+ to add a tag to a contact.I dont know in advance if that contact has any or multiple tags already, but I do know the contact ID.When I use the Action “Update Record in SugarCRM 7+” - I dont see how to just add an tag to the existing tags. I can add my new tag, but the previous one(s) are deleted.
I'm using "Delay For" for sending email reminders for different dates in a summit. how can I know the people register after those dates won't get them?
Hello, I want to trigger seven different emails on different dates for a summit, e.g. “April 24th 9am EST” send reminder email. Then delay until “April 26th 9am EST” and send another reminder from Mailchimp. How can I be sure new users in my Mailchimp audience don’t get the reminders for a already past date, but get the next reminders on the queue in zapier? The question below is confusing me as what happens when the date is in the past. What does it mean with continue? Does It means that it will trigger it if it’s within one hour? otherwise it will stop and keep my future task paused? or it will not trigger the next task but will go to the next available delay until and trigger the next reminder? I have a Google Sheet with four columns: Email address, thing 1, thing 2, and thing 3.The possible values for the “thing” fields are “Yes” and NULL (empty / no data).Is there a way to create a Zap that periodically (say weekly) looks for rows in the table that do NOT have a “Yes” in ALL three “thing” fields and then sends an email to the address in the row(s) with a message about what’s missing? (The message would need to be verbose and not just the column heading.)So the trigger would need to be “time” rather than creation or update of a row.And I’d need something that translates a NULL value in, say, the thing 1 and thing 3 columns to something like, “You’re missing your widget and your doohickey” in the email body.Is this possible via Zapier or too tricky? Hello everyone, everything good?I am looking for a way to update Deals in the Hubspot if there is one with the same name, or create a Deal if there is none with the same name so that there are no duplicate Deals.But I have a problem, I believe that for lack of knowledge here of the tool. But when I'm going to add a record that already exists in the Hubspot, instead of updating it, it creates a new duplicate Deal. And when I’m going to add a record that doesn’t exist in the Hubspot, it crashes on validation and doesn’t add the Deal
I have tried a few times and am getting stuck. I am looking to have a google sheet of data which is generated from a custom SQL query. But I would like the google sheet to update all the data based on the SQL query running. I have found ways to lookup rows and update those rows but I just want the sheet refreshed completely every x time period.Been trying for a while to get this and just getting lost. Hello, I would like zapier to trigger an action when a project in honeybook is moved to completed. There is an option to trigger when a project stage is moved just not specifically moved to completed. Has anyone found a way to do this manually, without a multi step zap which only pro accounts can do?
Trying to have all channels watched for new images being posted in slack. Once a new image is posted, its to be uploaded into an album in google photos. The album is to have the same name as the channel. If the album exists already, then the photo is just uploaded into that album. We create new channels for each job we have so it will need to watch all channels and not just be assigned to one. We tried, but havent been able to make it work. If it helps, I can use google drive for the same function instead of google photos, but google photos would be better.
Our invoices are sent via a URL link and I would like to convert the url link into a PDF and save within Google drive. I used Google Print to print a URL to pdf and then saved it within a folder but Google Print has shut down. Does anyone have a work around or solution for me?
Hi. I'm building an app with Glide, and I want people to get email notifications every time they get a new message. I have it set up so that when user 1 sends a message to user 2, it populates a new column in my Google sheet. When that column is updated, the message is sent to my business's gmail account. It's then sent from my Gmail account to the recipient's email account. But, when they reply to the email, it only goes back to the business's gmail account. How do I get it back to the Google sheet? Is it just one more step? It doesn't seem to be as easy as that. Is there a more efficient way where, maybe, it skips the Gmail all together? IDK. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks. Hello Community !I’ve set up a zap with Gdrive / GoogleSheets.Unfortunately, I’m unable to make the “ lookup spreasheet row” function in the zap work.The spreadsheet “countries and emails” is a 2 column table, with 200 lines: Countries| emails . Yes there are headers.When someone fills a form (country being a mandatory field), then the zap should perform a Lookup to find to which email address it should be forwarded. So, I set up the lookup spreadsheet row like this:Lookup column: countries Lookup value: (inherited from form): Italy for instanceI had of course selected the right spreadsheet, worksheet etc. in my gdrive and there are values in thereBut I get this message: Does anyone have a clue? Hi,I’m trying to set up a Zap that posts to a channel with a custom name or create that channel first, if it doesn’t yet exist.You can create a channel and post to that channel with no problem once. Next time, however, creating the channel will return the error message “name_taken”. So, I would either have to be able to check if the channel already exists before trying to create it or just ignore that error and continue posting to the already existing channel.As Slack doesn’t offer a channel search, I can’t do the first and Zapier doesn’t seem to allow the latter.Is that really just not possible?
Hi! I’m very new to both zapier and wordpress, so hopefully some of you guys will know this! We just launched a new website on wordpress and our website we have a lot of forms - e.g. purchase form, apply for scholarship and so on. Before we went live with the new website every time I tested the forms I got an email with the information from the form in my inbox. However after we went live with the website (and changed hosting) we don't receive emails. Is there any way I get set up zapier so when a form is sent in, it zaps and I receive the information from the form in an email? Or in a google sheet maybe? Both are great solutions! In the near future we want to change our newsletter service to Active Campaign so if it is not possible to zap to either Gmail or a google sheet an alternative is AC.Hope to find an answer soon :-) Thank you in advance!
