I had a Zap that was unknowingly turned off when I just launched a course, so several purchasers failed to get enrolled in the course.

It’s on now and working but I need to know if I can make it enroll those recent purchasers that were missed somehow.

Otherwise, it’s going to be a lot of manual enrollments.

Thanks,

Will

Hey @zapdvm ,

Can you share a screenshot of your Zap?

It’s a real simple one.

Just hoping I can put it to work on all those recent orders in the past 12 hours or so.

Hey @zapdvm ,

Well you can definietly build a Zap to automate the enrolled course in last 12 hours. One solution which i can think of is Add purchase id in Google Spreadsheet → Get more details from ThriveCart → Enroll user in Teachable → Send a Slack message.

There are multiple ways you can automate this.

Hey Jayesh,

I’m looking for an ID in ThriveCart, and see, sort of a step removed in their reporting, an invoice they generate and automatically email.

Are you suggesting I somehow export those 80 invoice numbers to Goog Spread and start a new zap to get enrollments?

Seems like those ID’s are not obvious.

Thanks.

Ah, I’m started! ThriveCart allows me to download a CSV of all the purchasers!

Let’s see if I can make this work…

Thanks again.

Hi @zapdvm

Check out this guide for how to create a looping Zap:
