There could be a couple of things happening here:

  1. Not all triggers are instant. Some triggers can take between 1 and 15 minutes (depending on your plan) to find new information in the app that triggers your Zap. You can learn more about the different types of triggers in this help guide: Set up your Zapier trigger
  2. Are you trying to trigger from information that is already in the trigger app? Zapier will only trigger from new information, not existing information.
