fb leads triggering but no name or phone number

I see the customer name and phone number in FB lead center butbthe text to my phone has only email. 2nd, what’s a good solution to be able to text back and forth w this customer on a cell or desktop?

I found I didn’t have all the fields in the setup🤦‍♂️
