Question

Trigger for Google contacts and export to excel not running automatically

I have made a ZAP including a trigger on google contacts to export data to excel. However, the trigger does not work automatically. I have to run the ZAP and only then I see results.

 

Anyone advice?

Hi @JVNL 

The GContacts triggers are NOT instant, so depending on your Zapier plan it can take from 1-15 minutes to trigger.

After some time, check your Zap Runs for triggered Zaps and how those processed: https://zapier.com/app/history/
