I would like clarification on the cost of tasks.

We are going to have our pdf filler form connect to a Microsoft spreadsheet. Each submission will populate 1 row with about 10 columns of data.

My question is, does each task (each form submission) count as one row of data? Or since we are populating 10 columns of data, will that count as 10 tasks?

Just wanted to jump in here to clarify that assuming the Zap consists of 2 steps (a pdfFiller trigger and Microsoft Excel action) it would incur 1 Task every time it runs successfully.

So for each submission in pdfFiller 1 Task would be used to add a row to the spreadsheet, regardless of how many columns of data are filled out for that row. If the Zap contains additional steps more Tasks would be used each time it runs successfully. More details on what counts as a Task can be found here: How tasks are counted
