I’ve been using Zapier for the last year and it’s been great, but just recently I’ve found it doesn’t see all upcoming events in GoToWebinar just old ones.
I’ve tried removing and re-connecting GoToWebinar and also searching on the webinar ID but nothing is working. Is there some other option?

Just wanted to follow up here as spotted that
The solution here was to add a Find Webinar search step to look for the webinar. Then in the Create Registrant step, use the Custom value option to select the Webinar using the ID output by the Find Webinar step. :)
