Trouble sending all order data from Amazon Seller Central to Google Sheets

This zap is relatively straightforward - whenever an order is created on Amazon Seller Central, create a new row on Google Sheets.

I am able to download a csv of orders on Amazon Seller Central in any time range, which provides data such as date, order_id, price, status, product name, etc..

However, Google Sheets is only receiving partial data. More specifically, only the dates, status, service, product name, and asins are captured. Other important pieces of data such as item price, shipping price, currency are not being sent to the Google Sheet.

Anyone have any experience with zapping orders from Amazon Seller Central to Google Sheets who can chime in about this? Any help is appreciated!

Hi @tyler n.

If the data points are available from the Zap trigger step, then those can be mapped to Zap action steps.

Customer information isn't available within the Zap editor

Due to restrictions with Amazon's API, it's not possible to access PII (personal) data from the Amazon platform such as email address, street address, phone number, etc.

Amazon is currently limiting this personal data to certain apps that are considered to be first-party applications involved in the fulfillment of sales on their platform.

We do have this as a feature request to have this data available on Zapier, so if you wish to be added to this list contact support.

Just wanted to follow up here as spotted that there’s an existing issue reported for the Amazon Seller Central integration where data in the price-related fields aren’t being returned. I’ve added @tyler n. to the list of users affected by this issue which helps to raise its priority.

While we don’t have an ETA on when this issue will be resolved, we’ll send an email notification and will update the thread here as soon as it is! :)
