How to capitalise Salesforce first name field?

Question

Cleaning Salesforce name field data - Format letter case to be consistent - Capitalise each word - then re-insert back into the same Salesforce field. Is this possible. If so how?

Want to take the first name field from Salesforce bring it into Zappier process it so the text is formatted to Capitalise each word. Then re-insert the result back into the same Salesforce field. Trigger could be, for example, creation of new lead (or new contact) in Salesforce.

This tip from Nick Simard could be used for the formatting step.
