MailChimp tag not found

After creating a tag in Mailchimp, it does not show up when creating the zap.  In “Tag(s)” I clicked “Custom” and typed in the exact MC tag and hit “Refresh fields” but it says:

“We’re having trouble loading 'Tag(s)' data (Resource Not Found - The requested resource could not be found.)”

I have searched for articles about this issue, but found nothing that helps.  Hoping for help here. <3

Hi @Monica Lumbus 

It can take some time before the Mailchimp Tag becomes available to the Zap.

As a workaround, you can manually type in the “Mailchimp Tag” using the ‘Custom’ mapping option.
