I have a simple Salesforce → Slack Zap, that is triggered by an updated record in Salesforce. The message is posted on a private channel. I’d like to add a second Zap, that would post a message whenever the same record gets another update. However, I’d like to have this message posted in a thread.
So far I’ve managed to test it on an open channel. But is there a way to search a private channel and have Zapier post in a thread there?

As a possible work around, you can save the Slack Thread ID back onto the Salesforce Object for reference in updates to send additional Slack Thread Messages, rather than doing a Slack Find Message step in the Zap.
