Updating Airtable from Google Sheet without exceeding record limit

I have a multi sheet Airtable Base and it contains multiple columns, one of which is zip code.   I have a table in Google sheets which has zip code, city, state, and country.

We manually add records to our base, and we would like to be able to ‘reach’ into the gsheet and pull back the city, state, and country into the base.    I have tried many avenues, but to no avail, other than having a sheet in my base with that information listed.   That puts me past the allowed number of records in airtable.   Does anyone have a solution and/or suggestion?

Hi @Magnuson 

Try these Zap Steps...

  1. Trigger: Airtable - New Record (in View where Filters are set to indicate a Record w/o the updated Zip related data points)
  2. Action: GSheets - Lookup Row
  3. Action: Airtable - Update Record (map Record ID from step 1)
