I need to set up a workflow for the team in which they receive emails to their gmail accounts whenever the administrative team adds a card to their trello board.What’s the best app to do this?Is there an app that integrates directly with Trello that can do this?I haven’t quite figured out trello’s system and Atlassian is nearly impossible to get any kind of contact from their support team.
Hi, I am running into the following error while trying to create quickbooks online invoicing. I’m confused because my input values seem to be correct however, when being passed through the values are interpreted differently. Can someone please explain why this is occurring and how I could fix this?
I have set up a zap for google contacts to my CRM database- FOLLOW UP BOSS “new contact or updates” It is trying to go through all 3000 of my contacts. How do I set it up to start from here on out and not go through all 3000 of my contacts which will use all my tasks. The zap also keeps pausing as HELD too much- so I want for that reason too.
I am very new to this stuff so bare with me…I have been talking with Zapier Help Desk and they say for me not to use my Zap I created but instead use a Webhook to do what I need to be done so it will work 100% of the time and not 75% like present when using a Zap. How do you convert a zap to a webhook? I tried to re create a webhook to do what my Zap does but don’t see the same options. (I think I'm over my head on this but it can’t be that hard….right?)What I want to accomplish is: When an appointment is booked in my google calendar via Koalendar I want my gmail to send out an email 30min after the appointment has ended to the person that booked the appointment. (When they book I get their name and email, day and time start and ended. It was easy with Zap but Webhooks has lost me.Thanks in advance to any info. Cheers
Calendly to Google Sheets - I want to leave my formulas or drop down boxes untouched amongst Zapier data
Hi there, I am trying to set up a Calendly to Google Sheets Zap. My spreadsheet will only populate certain cells in the row from calendly and I want those cells that have no data being passed to leave my drop down boxes and / or formulas in place. At present when the Zap runs it is removing my dropdown / formulas and replacing them with a totally blank cell.Is there a way to stop this happening so that the data from Calendly is populated where needed but the other cells are left alone? Apologies for the duplicationHere’s my issue: How do I take one “entry” from WPForms (i.e.: one line of data) and create two rows in my google sheet? I’m using WPForms to capture member registration information for a club. Most of the club consists of couples (e.g.: husband and wife), so I’ve created the registration form to gather information on both of them at one time. So far, so good.The next step is to get the information out of WPForms, and into google sheets so that I can actually use the data. I’ve set up a Zap with the trigger to be a new WPForms entry. And I’m looking at the “Create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets” action to hopefully add two rows (one for the husband, one for the wife). I have a zap to create a new Salesforce record when a participant joins a Zoom meeting. It’s using a webhook. This is currently working for meetings created by my Zoom user but doesn’t seem to be picking up attendance for other meetings created by other users in the organization account. Is there something special I need to do to get that?

Hello!Not sure if this is possible in the current Beta version of GatherContent integration, but I am trying to send a Direct Message in Slack to team members when they are added to a GC page. My problem is that when five people are added, each of the assignees receives five messages rather than just one. I’ve played around with Zapier Filters & Paths but still am running into the same problem. Is there a way to create a conditional so that Slack only pings a colleague when specifically their account is added rather than them receiving a notification for every assignment? E.GPerson A is added to GatherContent Page #1Person A receives Slack ping notifying them that they have been addedPerson B is added to GatherContent Page #1Person B receives Slack ping notifying them that they have been addedPerson A does not receive second notification
I am trying to Schedule a Meeting in Google Meet when there is a new submission in jotform. However, if my user selects a specific product in my form, there is no need to trigger the zap. Any way to have a conditional trigger within a new submission? or stop the zap from triggering? TIA! Jen

My customer is a money exchange office and we have the following challenge:We need to track how much money a customer has been exchanging in a given time, i.e. which total amount did he/she exchange within the last 30 current days. I also need to cross-check his/her current 30-days-spend at each exchange to trigger off some zaps.Has anyone found a solution or has a hint how to do it (all proposals, even outside of Zapier, are appreciated)? The excel formula is actually no rocket since at all, but integrating it in a zap seems to be a challenge...
Xero and ShipStation Integration. Getting "state required" errors when creating invoices for countries without states
I have a zap that converts new invoices in Xero into new orders in Shipstation. Everything domestically within the US has been working fine. Some countries work as well. I’m getting errors that the State is missing and so the zap is failing, but the invoice is to a country that doesn’t have states, like France. How do I get around that while still having a functional zap?
I am trying to automate a DocuSign request by adding a particular comment on a Trello card, but the intended recipient’s email address is contained in a custom field on the Trello card.It appears as though the DocuSign integration does not recognise any data contained in custom fields on the Trello card, which means it cannot be mapped when creating the zap.Has anyone had any success in automating DocuSign requests via Trello? And if so, where did you store the recipients email address on the Trello card?
I’ve seen similar questions asked, and have tried similar troubleshooting tips to no avail.I have a zap trigger set up to create a Clio Matter when a Documate workflow is finished.I am trying to set up paths so that if the Client is the Plaintiff, it will follow one path, but if the Client is the Respondent, it will follow the other. I cannot get the paths set up, because it is not loading the variable that tells us what the ClientPartyType is. Can you please help me figure out why it is not loading this variable. (I am doing work for a client using another account, so the zap is in their account.) Thank you,Lorrie
Hi,I need to update the event in Google Calendar with details from Workable when the meeting is booked in Calendly. This is a current setup:All steps were successful but the event is not updating. What can be an issue here?
The aim of my zap is to send a PDF, an editable link & a view only link of completed reports from iAuditor to a specific record on Airtable. The Zap worked for the test template in edit mode however once the zap was published it has not been triggered despite submitting new data (inspection completed button on iAuditor). Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
