How do I email clients who have made purchases on my website and ask them to review the products they purchased?
I am trying to set up a zap to send an email to clients who have made purchases on the website and ask them to review the products. I am using woocommerce and I have a bunch of products as well as getresponse to send emails. I would like to make sure I only ask them to rate if they have not rated the actual product before. Is this possible?How should I proceed? I am using the WooCommerce default review form.
I am in the middle of onboarding with Vitally. I was told that I would need to use Zapier to integrate Asana into Vitally. We have existing projects in Asana that I would like to mirror in Vitally and associate with a customer. I’m trying to avoid having to manually bring over all of the tasks and check two places for accurate project status. Is there a way to do that in Zapier? I am entirely lost.
I can successfully get Zapier to add a row to Smartsheet when I apply a specific label in Gmail, but when I add an additional step of adding an attachment to the row that was just added, it always goes to the row below the one I just added with the Zap. In the setup where I specify a row to select to add attachment, I do not know what to do. I tried selecting row 1 (Because I have the add a row function to add to the top which is row 1), but it never works. I even added a delay step so that the two steps were not being executed at the same time but it still goes to row 2. Does anyone know how I can set this up?
HiAm trying to get my Zap working - and the zap test does what I need it to do (takes the first row of my GSheet and creates a calendar entry in the correct date and time), but If I add a new row (and zap is set to new or updated rows), it doesn’t put the fields in the right place - and my date/time becomes my description - and the calendar entry is on todays date instead.But the test works perfectly…What am I missing?
Fulcrum> trigger is Create new record> Google sheets> trigger is create new row. When testing this it works great but when creating a new fulcrum record only half of the data gets put into google sheets. The data that does get moved into google sheets is data that is fulcrum created like latitude and longitude but my fields I created do not get transferred over. I have used Zaps for awhile and always worked but this is my first issue. This is my report.
I am very new to this stuff so bare with me…I have been talking with Zapier Help Desk and they say for me not to use my Zap I created but instead use a Webhook to do what I need to be done so it will work 100% of the time and not 75% like present when using a Zap. How do you convert a zap to a webhook? I tried to re create a webhook to do what my Zap does but don’t see the same options. (I think I'm over my head on this but it can’t be that hard….right?)What I want to accomplish is: When an appointment is booked in my google calendar via Koalendar I want my gmail to send out an email 30min after the appointment has ended to the person that booked the appointment. (When they book I get their name and email, day and time start and ended. It was easy with Zap but Webhooks has lost me.Thanks in advance to any info. Cheers
I use G Contact, Moosend, and Hubspot. I have contact integration between Google and Hubspot.Using Zapier, is it better to complete the integration by linking G Contact to Moosend, or Hubspot to MoosendIn Moosend there is a specific list I link to.
Hi All, Here is my scenario in zap steps. A form submission into my CMS triggers a webhook call that gets all the entries in a particular database. Next I attempt to create a new item form the form submission into my database. Path to determine in the email field in the submission is a match or not - If not a match then Create the new database entry - If a match Update the existing database entryThe problem I am having is when I do get a match, I can’t figure out how to get the associated match data. For example: The form submission email address is email@example.com and that email matches a record in my DB. I need to get the another value from that matched record. In this case it is an ID so that I can use that ID in the update step.
Hi all!Thank you in advance for any and all help.I am creating a zap from Wordpress into a SMS platform to send new users a welcome text. I am using Ultimate member as my form system, and it collects the phone number for the user profile. However, Zapier is not pulling in this data. It doesn’t even show that “phone number” at all is a variable in Zapier. Is there anyway I can pull in this phone data?
We want to make a Zap that connect Lawconnect and the client receives an email with all the details of the consult that was selected and a jpg image with the address of the office. The problem is that I cant find LawConnect in the apps and in theory this is a launched app in Zapier.
Hi! I just can’t get my head around how does Zapier know what form to start triggering in Squarespace? I want to trace the usefule zaps I use from squarespace with Zapier but I’m not sure where those connections are connected in squarespace because all it says is “triggering when a new form submissions” I want to know what form that is.

Hey there Zapier community, was wondering if anyone could advice me on how to create a single zap that’s able to send multiple reminder.i.e. I want to remind someone of an event we have on 5 Dec, I want the zap to remind them 1 day, 4 hours and 5 min before the event, also I want to send a message post event. I have an inquiry form on my Squarespace that creates a customer to my Square and then sends an email to my Gmail.However, whenever the inquiry form info gets sent to Square and Gmail, it’s just all a jumbled mess. How can we use the last step to "set the subscription to Newsletter" when creating/updating a lead in Intercom?
Hi.. I’d like to take subs from my Elementor front end and have a lead created/updated in Intercom with Intercom’s internal messaging subscription for the lead set to “Newsletter” an opt-in subscription.I’m currently using Zapier webhooks to get the submission from the website > looking up the lead ID > creating one if there isn’t one > and then adding a tag to the existing/new ID.I’d much prefer the last step to be “set the subscription to Newsletter”, but I can’t seem to identify how to do that with the options available to me when creating / updating a lead.Can anyone help? I tried using G Docs find file, or G drive find file as intermediate step. Can’t stop the flow if file already exist.How do I stop the same G Doc from being created if it already exist?My input is a form with possibly same client name but different property addresses.Each time a unique address is in the form, i want it to create a property sheet under client folder but if client sheet exists, only create property sheet and not client sheet again.
