Hi, I wanna add “jira cloud” to my zap.

But it’s too hard to figure out the way to connet zapier and jira cloud.

I found a question that is similar with my problem. 

I tried following solution.(whitelist a range of IP adresses.) It doesn’t work.

And here is another solution as below.

But I need more expaination about this.

Hi @npixel PM!

In some apps, it’s possible to allow IP access based on the information in a custom header, as opposed to using a specific list of addresses. I took a look at the Jira help doc Specify IP addresses for product access and it only talks about using IP addresses on the allow list. The best thing to do here would be to get in touch with Jira’s support team to ask them if it’s possible to create allowed IPs based on the header. 

I hope that helps, and if/when you hear back from Jira, I’d love to know the answer!
