Hallo,I’m trying to setup a zap with an RSS feed posting to a Facebook Page.With the connected account I’m Admin on a page (and the RSS > FB zap works great) and I’m EDITOR in another page but when I try to set this page as a target from the RSS trigger, I only see the page where I’m admin. The page where I’m an EDITOR doesn’t show up in the list.

It’s a super simple php-based site, just a couple of pages with a few includes. I’m not a developer (very, very basic PHP knowledge) so I don’t really know how to build/use webhooks.What would be the easiest, no/little-code solution be to simple output a number using Zapier?
Calendly to Google Sheets - I want to leave my formulas or drop down boxes untouched amongst Zapier data
Hi there, I am trying to set up a Calendly to Google Sheets Zap. My spreadsheet will only populate certain cells in the row from calendly and I want those cells that have no data being passed to leave my drop down boxes and / or formulas in place. At present when the Zap runs it is removing my dropdown / formulas and replacing them with a totally blank cell.Is there a way to stop this happening so that the data from Calendly is populated where needed but the other cells are left alone? Hello everyone,I'm trying to sync my salesforce to a Shared Plan on Teams to create tasks automatically on the To Do from Salesforce for a group of people.The problem is that on Zapier, I can only generate these tasks on my personal To Do and not on the Shared Plan.Has anyone encountered this problem and have any tips for generating tasks on a Shared Plan? Hello!Not sure if this is possible in the current Beta version of GatherContent integration, but I am trying to send a Direct Message in Slack to team members when they are added to a GC page. My problem is that when five people are added, each of the assignees receives five messages rather than just one. I’ve played around with Zapier Filters & Paths but still am running into the same problem. Is there a way to create a conditional so that Slack only pings a colleague when specifically their account is added rather than them receiving a notification for every assignment? E.GPerson A is added to GatherContent Page #1Person A receives Slack ping notifying them that they have been addedPerson B is added to GatherContent Page #1Person B receives Slack ping notifying them that they have been addedPerson A does not receive second notification
Hello! Our company utilizes many Slack workflows that we have already built out but depending on the date/time the channel that could need to be used could differ. Currently we are trying to figure out if there's anyway (using Zapier) to publish/unpublish a slack workflow at a given date/time each week. Curious if anyone's had success with this, thanks so much!
HiI just created a Zap that gathers data from mailchimp (trigger: new subscribor) to google ads (trigger: create customer list). I’ve tested the workflow and it is working. However, I can not find the customer list in my google ads account. Does anybody know where the list is actually is saved?Thanks.
Xero and ShipStation Integration. Getting "state required" errors when creating invoices for countries without states
I have a zap that converts new invoices in Xero into new orders in Shipstation. Everything domestically within the US has been working fine. Some countries work as well. I’m getting errors that the State is missing and so the zap is failing, but the invoice is to a country that doesn’t have states, like France. How do I get around that while still having a functional zap?

I have set up a Zap that looks at calendar entries on TeamUp, and if an entry meets the criteria, it gets sent to a Smartsheet spreadsheet. It works great when I add a new calendar entry, but the Zap is supposed to also evaluate the entry when it is updated. It does not do that. Does anyone know what Zapier considers an update in TeamUp to be? Changing the text in the event entries does not trigger the Zap.Thanks!
I am using Google Forms with Form Approvals for Timesheet submissions. From those submissions we get an Approval Form that includes payroll information I need, a supervisor signature, and a link to the uploaded timesheet. For our grant billing I am trying to create a Zap that would automatically copy any timesheet approvals matching the filter criteria to another designated folder so that when billing for that program comes I will have them already ready instead of having to pick through a folder full of approvals and find just the ones I need for that particular program. Right now the simplest idea seemed to be to set up a Zap triggered by the new file created in the approval form folder when a timesheet submission is approved. But when I try to use the “copy file” option is asks me to choose a file… the file doesn’t exist yet… I want to copy the new file that triggers the Zap. Anyone know how to accomplish this? Hello,I have been trying to make this work for a couple of days with no luck.I have three tabs importing information from Wordpress:Tab 1 ( Users ) - collect user registrations from WP Forms in Wordpress - User ID / Username / Name / Country / Company Name / VAT Number / Address Tab 2 ( Entries) - collects information when there is a new post in Wordpress - User ID / Post Name / Category / Author Name / Post Status Tab 3 ( Payments) - gets payment information through Stripe, when a user subscribes (allowing them to post) User ID / Payment Date / Amount / Country / Company Name / VAT Number / Address / Submitted / Reviewed / Published The flow is : Register > Payment > Submit entryNow , it comes the hard part: Cross information between the tabs when there is an update:Whenever there is a new payment in Tab 3 - Search for the same USER ID in Tab 1 (Users) and update fields Company Name, VAT Number and and Address in Tab 3 ( Payments) Whenever there is a new entry in Tab 2 (Entries)
