No errors appear because the zap simply doesn’t trigger. I managed to get one to successfully trigger by switching off and on the zap but it hasn’t triggered again since and now nothing I do seems to resolve the problem. Any ideas? I suspect support will need to look at the logs to see why.

To allow us to dig deeper, could you please share what apps (in addition to Microsoft To Do) you are connecting and, if possible, a screenshot of your configuration?
