Secondly, Zap is created yestuerday but its not showing any data? However our data regularly updates. The google sheet is still blank.

Also, while testing, the test data was not showing all the coulmns, some were missing.

Hi @Manish9!

It’s not currently possible to transfer existing data directly from JW Player using Zapier. Are you able to export the data - maybe as a csv? If so, you could use that to create a Google Sheet and if you wanted to add the data into an existing sheet, you could do that with Zapier.

If your Zap wasn’t showing all of the columns from the Google Sheet when you were testing it then there’s a good chance you need to take a look at the layout of the sheet. This help guide has some useful information about how to set up your Google Sheet so that it will work with Zapier.

If you’re not sure why your Zap isn’t sending information from your trigger to the Google Sheet, the best place to start is the Zap History. In the Zap History you’ll see if the Zap ran into any errors and can also open up each step of a Zap in a Zap run to see what data was found by the trigger and passed on in each step. If you can’t see any Zap runs in the Zap history but you know that you’ve had some data that should’ve triggered the Zap then there’s likely an error with the trigger itself. You can learn more about Zap History in this help guide.

I hope that helps!
