Freshdesk ticket creation Zap fails with live Voipstudio calls.

Hello,

I’m creating a Zap which uses Voipstudio.com as a trigger. Zap should run, when call is picked up, and create a new ticket in Freshdesk. During test does create a ticket, but when call is made, it does not.
How can I check why real life call doesn’t trigger the Zap?

Hello,

Thank you for you answer. The reason was simple - Zapier integration should be turned on from the VoipStudio separately. After authorization from Voipstudio admin panel, everything is working now!

Thanks again, have a good one!

Hi @goofic

Good question.

To help us have more context, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Some Zap triggers for the app are SCHEDULED, meaning those can take from 1-15 minute to fire depending on your Zapier plan.
