I am trying to create a zap to Connect Woocommerce and QBO to create an Invoice when I get a new order. I have products tat get taxed differently depending on where it is delivered. I keep getting this error about the tax code “Invalid Line TaxCode in the request“ no matter what I choose
I am wanting to send a text message to customers letting them know when parts of their order have arrived at our distribution center. Frequently we’ll get multiple pieces of their total order that arrive, but not their entire order at 1 time. So the text message is to tell them X number of items of your order have arrive and this is what they are. Right now I have it set up to where it will send a text message for each individual item. But I want to combine all items into 1 text message and list each item on a separate line. This is an example of the data in Google Sheets. As you can see the Order # (column K) is the same on each row. And here is the text message that sends via Twilio: But that obviously would send 8 text messages to the customer. I want to send 1 text message to the customer, with each item listed (so 8 total rows at the bottom of the text message). Hope this makes sense!
Everyday I update COVID-19 global and US data and manually upload that to my Squarespace website. I’d like to automate that with a zap. I can put the freshly updated file in a google sheet, but i don’t see any way to update on Squarespace. Any ideas?
I am facing an issue with my existing Zap. Problem background: I have created a google form that asks the users to upload pictures. I want to create unique folders on my google drive for every form response that I receive and that pictures will be stored in that folder with the name of the user. Hi! In the past I have created a zap with Gotowebinar and Google Sheets. Today that zap is not used. But today I need to create a differente Zap with Goto webinar using a differente Gotowebinar account/credential. If I disconnect Gotowebinar and I create new zap, in the conneconnection zapier use the old gotowebinar account. How can I use a new user?
I have a zap that sends an automated text if someone calls but does not leave a message. Sort of a “Sorry we missed your call ...” message Sometimes people call/hang-up/call again and I don’t want to be a pest by sending them the automated text each time. My thought was to create a google sheet w/ a log of the phone numbers that have been texted, then check that sheet and only continue if the number is not found. So … Trigger - Call received Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets If Row exists - terminate If Row does not exist Send Text Add Row to Spreadsheet with phone # However, this doesn’t seem to work. If the row doesn’t exist, it terminates. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
I am trying to create a zap that triggers when a case in salesforce is closed. I used the “Updated Field on Record in Salesforce” trigger with the Salesforce Object “Case”, Field “Status” and Field Updated To “Closed.” It is supposed to trigger a message in Slack. When I test closing a case in Salesforce, nothing happens. I have a similar Zap set up that is triggered when an opportunity is closed and it works, so I am thinking it has something to do with the case trigger?
I’m trying to create a Zap to connect my gravity forms to MailiGen. I’ve got everything set up, but when I pick the field for Email, it’s grabbing a sample email address of “firstname.lastname@example.org” - and when I test it, it says “domain.dev - This domain looks fake or invalid. Please enter a real email address” It does not tell you HOW to change it. I’ve searched my MailiGen list for a contact that uses that address and it doesn’t exist anywhere in my data - I have no idea where it’s pulling that sample from or how to change it so my Zap will work. Anyone else experience this that has a solution? Thanks! :)
Hi I want to exclude a DealID from a zap when it's found in a Google sheet. Case is: I have google sheet with DealID's that have already sent an e-mail. And if i receive an new dealID i want to check if the customer didn't get that e-mail. So if DealID (Value) is on the google sheet, it needs to stop. What i did I checked of it’s possible with lookup of google sheet, but that errored, what is logical because he should not find anything. With the formatatter ultilities i couldn’t worked it out also. Does someone have an solution for me?
we are facing issue with Zapier connection between Facebook Lead Gen Ads and ON24 Webinar Registration - Seems like the country code from Facebook Leadgen form is not compatible to ON24 form requirement e.g if someone filled Singapore in FB leadgen form, it will be sending as country code "SG" to ON24 through Zapier and ON24 doesn't understand SG as Singapore.
Is it possible to pull the information for an ad on facebook. I can pull a post from the page no problem, I can capture the lead ad, but cant seem to find a way of capturing an ad that is placed through the ad manager and sending to excel. Anyone with a suggestion or am I missing something simple? thanks, Scott
Append the value when zaping the field to Hubspot Properties that already had existing values without overwriting it.
I want to Zap field from typeform to hubspot properties but append the values with separator (if the property already has the value) not replace the property values in hubspot. Example Case: A want to refer B,C,D,E Property in Hubspot will be "Referees" I want to zap B,C,D,E email address to "Referess" property in hubspot, without replacing existing value (if any), instead it will append value with coma separator. I know for first form submission we can use multiple field and zap it together, but the problem is when A submit form for the second time, it will replace existing value. Is there any workaround to append the value if the properties already filled out?
I’m new to Zapier and in trying to figure out how to integrate Eventbrite ticket purchases with a Zoom Meeting registrant I already emailed for assistance and was informed if I had a paid account, then it shouldn’t be a problem. In searching the community conversations around this topic it sounds like this is NOT possible. I purchased a plan specifically to do this; I need to create a ticket for 5 days or a full week event linking Eventbrite to Zoom. Please help! Is this possible? How to I make it happen? Thank you!
Trying to connect S3 to Google drive. I am able to enter the access and secret to my bucket and the bucket is found (and it has files within) but Zapier is reporting (after successfully connecting) that “bucket does not exists” and no files found. Specifically: Find Data (error) A File could not be found. Bucket "[mybucketname]" does not exist. I’ve tried everything I can think of here… all I want to do is move everything from S3 to Google drive. Is this possible?
I want to connect WooCommerce to GetResponse. I need a zap set up so that when someone signs up for a subscription (yes I have that plugin already) a specific one, because we have at least 10... I need for them to get added as a contact in a specific GetResponse list. If I can do this then i need to set up similar zaps for different subscriptions/memberships to different GR lists. I’ve set up a connection to create an event in GA that I can add to goals/track all leads in GA. The initial test Zaps: Didn’t align with the date submitted in LinkedIn I’m only able to see one goal populate in GA when I try to populate the platform with the 5 leads submitted prior to setting this Zap up - despite seeing the events fire when I send the test data through (unable to get more than one goal per day reported in GA) Are these issues related to the fact that they are test Zaps? in other words, will these issues resolve themselves once the Zap is set live and real time LinkedIn data is passed through?

Hi everyone, I want a Zap set to add/update contacts in my CRM and apply a tag when a specific one off transaction takes place in Stripe. I know that it’s possible to choose a Stripe transaction as the trigger, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to differentiate between the various one off transactions that could take place? I’m using the Full Stripe plugin in Wordpress. Thanks
Hi, I am currently on the Starter plan with Zapier, with 2 active Zaps. Both of these link to Klaviyo, an email marketing tool. The Klaviyo app provides one trigger event - “New Event” for everything it does. I am filtering for one event in particular (someone signing up to a newsletter), everything else is disregarded. The problem is it seems that Klaviyo fires a LOT of events, for pretty much everything that someone is doing on our website. This results in hundreds of Tasks accumulating for each 15 minute cycle. I enabled this Zap on our of our more popular websites, and woke up this morning to an email from Zapier saying that it was holding 1100 Tasks and it needed manual intervention. I was unable to replay all of these tasks, or even more than a page worth of them (10-20), I would just stuck in a cycle of Zapier telling me that X tasks had been held, and if I tried to replay all of them it would just say they were throttled. To be clear none of these 1100 Tasks would have
