Hi Everyone!I have completed my zap of sending an email through a triggered event. I mangaed to attach my pdf fil through a google drive URL. However the received email has an attahced file with no title “ Attached file without title.pdf”. I can open the pdf file but would like to change the name. Any suggestions? Thank you very much!!! Quickbooks Online to Google Sheets: Is it possible to create separate spreadsheet rows for each line of a journal entry?
I currently have a zap that creates a new spreadsheet row in a Google Sheet anytime an expense is recorded in Quickbooks Online. However, if the expense has multiple line items in QBO, it doesn’t created multiple rows in the Google Sheet; rather, the zap combines all components of the expense onto the single row. Is there a way to have the zap create separate spreadsheet rows in Google Sheets for each line item of a journal entry in QBO?
hello guys,I am trying to create a new pipedrive “LEAD” from a new form submission using webflow. I’ve checked but I am only being offered the possibility to create a new DEAL, I want to first create a LEAD in pipedrive and eventually decide if that LEAD has potential to become a DEAL or not.For better context, I believe pipedrive used to have LEADS inside DEALS, but now they seem to be into separate categories, I will like to access the first one as mentioned above.Please let me know if this will be possible or not.(I’ve checked with other typeform, jotform, integrations and only option is create new DEAL as well). YouTube’s API supports triggers whenever someone leaves a superchat or joins the channel as a member. IFTTT was making use of this for me with a Google Sheets integration before they dropped their free services tier.I’m surprised that Zapier doesn’t have this integration yet. Am I missing something? I much prefer Zapier for this kind of stuff so it’s disappointing not to see it here.

Hello, I am currently on free trial on the paid plan for Zapier.I am interesting in staying as a paid member if I can achieve the following:I am trying to integrate Discord with Paypal so that when a member signs up for a paypal subscription, their user role will be automatically updated. I am having the following issues. When setting up action on for adding a role in Discord, I must select a specific user. I do not want this. I want to be able to select the user automatically based on whoever signed up for subscription for paypal. How can I have zapier automatically retreive this information? After the user subscribes, I then need to create a secondary “zap” to remove the user’s role if the subscription is cancelled. I see that you have a “Refunded Sale in Paypal” trigger. What actually triggers this? Is this only when the seller manually refunds the user or is it also triggered when the user cancels their subscription?
Hello,I am trying to create an action to send an email (campaign) from MailerLite to all my subscribers in a group. This action suppose to happen when a new event is created in my website. I am using the plugin "Modern Events Calendar (MEC) for events.For some reason I can only add a subscriber when a new event is created, but I can't update subscribers.Is there anyone with a similar issue?
I notice on the https://status.zapier.com/ site that planned maintenance occurred 12/2 and that we “may notice some Task processing delays over the next few hours as we return to normal operation.”I have a reliable Google Sheet → Google Calendar instant zap that is seemingly not triggering today. I’m used to it triggering within a few seconds. Nothing has changed with this zap. How long of a processing delay should we expect? Or is it likely something broke within the zap?

Hi all! I have noticed that when I trigger a task for my Seamless.AI to Zapier Integration, I seem to be getting many errors that stop the action. These errors are due to Error : Invalid data for the field Phone. Detail : expected_data_type phoneI fugured out that this is occuring because Seamless.AI often takes time to populate the phone number and email information on their side, sometimes up to a minute or so. So, essentially, this Zap is being triggered too early so the field that should have a phone number in it, instead says “Researching...” and causes an error.Is there any way to delay the Zap from triggering?
Yesterday, the time stamps on consent list were delayed only for certain customers.There was an action at 14:45, but it was reflected in the list after 20:00 on the same day.And the clicked time was reflected.What are the possible causes for this issue?Other customers also left a timestamp on the same list, but was reflected successfully.
I created my first Zap: Create Klaviyo subscribers from new Squarespace form submissions.I tested it and apparently there are no errors.Once the zap was live though, I added a few emails to my Squarespace subscription form and they were not uploaded onto my Klaviyo List.This was last night. I gave it some time as I read there might be delays but this morning the emails are still not there.
Hello,Let me preface by saying I’m not a developer. I can shell script along with some PowerShell, but that’s my limit.The goal is to pull project data from Insightly and put the information into Trello. I have a Zap built that will create a board with the Project Name from Insightly. Now I wish to pull the project activities and events from Insightly and create lists in the newly created board.I can create a separate Zap, or create a 3rd step, to add the lists to the board, but since the board name is going to be named after the project name, it will never be the same. Thus when the ‘list zap’ runs, I need it query the Insightly project name, find that board in Trello, then create the lists.I have a feeling this is going to require coding beyond my skillset, but I really hoping I’m just missing something obvious.
Using the QuickBooks integration with Zapier has been very easy and effective for the most part! When I use the step to “Create Invoice” there is an option to control the ‘Message Displayed on Invoice’ or the ‘Message Displayed on Statement’ Unfortunately, neither of those are the field used as the email body when sending invoices. The action to “Send Invoice” does not pull in that message displayed on invoice, nor does it allow me to enter the message that should be seen as the email body when actually sending to the customer. Is there a way/where can I control that email content as part of this automation? I know I can set a default email message within QB directly, but that doesn’t work because we have three separate invoices that go out in our process. We want different wording to be used when the initial deposit invoice gets triggered, and again different for the other two subsequent emails that get triggered to go out automatically. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello all,We use Basecamp for our project management, and I’m looking for a way to capture when a project is archived. It appears the only way to do that is with a frequent poll using Basecamp’s API. Problem is that requires Oauth 2.0 and it doesn’t seem that Zapier plays nice with that. Has anyone tackled anything like this?

I’m having an issue with this Zap set-up:Trigger: New Form Submission in LeadpagesAction: Add/Update Subscriber in MailchimpWhat I want to happen when someone submits the Leadpages form is for the user’s Groups to be completely cleared of all previous Groups (let’s say they were already in the “Ongoing” Group) and then added to this other Group instead (in this case, “Survey Opt-Ins”).Here’s what the setup in my current Zap looks like:What’s happening instead is that they’re just added to the new Group (Survey Opt-Ins) and REMAIN on the other group (Ongoing). Here’s what the back end of my Mailchimp setup looks like: Is the problem maybe that “Ongoing” isn’t in the same Group list as the Opt-Ins? If so, I feel like the solution is to add a whole new Action zap that ALSO removes them from the prior group. That feels silly.But, could you let me know if you see something I might be missing?
