Hello, I am creating Zaps that send Outlook email drafts and I would like to set up the emails to include bullet lists and to use a specific font. I don’t see these options in the editor. Any ideas?

Good question.

You’ll have to use HTML to format and style the email.

You can ask ChatGPT for help formatting the email HTML.

However, I don’t see where I could insert any HTML in the Action section of the Zap. Even if I select HTML instead of text, I don’t see the space for adding coding?

The HTML would be added in the Body field.

 

<b>XXX</b> - bold 
<br> -  line break
etc.
