As Zapier updates its O365 integration, I am ‘remaking’ my Zaps.One thing that we use Zapier/O365 for is calendar management: if someone books a meeting, it is automated that they get a calendar invite sent from my email address. However, in the new integration there is no field for ‘Attendees’. How can I invite people like I used to?
Hi, I am running into an issue and not sure where to start or how to resolve. I have an integration between Zapier and PDF Filler where PDF Filler has “check mark” type fields. My issue is that for example, the hwh_ind field I would like to be set to ON, YES, or TRUE (which will result in it being check marked in PDFfiller) based on conditions. The way it set right now, it is either ON or OFF but it’s not that simple. I would like to set it ON if incoming catch hook data is certain value, else do nothing.Can someone help me?
Hi community, I have a question on a Zap transferring data from WooCommerce to QuickBase. This morning I found that latest test triggers (new orders) were not triggering the zap to create such records in the QuickBase app as wanted. Then I found the test triggers and had to manually retest and continue them step by step and then the records are created in QuickBase again. What is the reason for that? How can I improve the performance of Zapier?I have like 18 steps including creating loop and splitting data, could that be a reason? Thanks,Davy
I've created 3 specific Mailchimp tags (in Mailchimp) but none of them are showing in Zapier when I either want to add/update a subscriber or add subscriber to tag in my workflow. Most of my other tags are showing though (not all however). I'm using a free plan (both Mailchimp and Zapier). Anyone any ideas?

I guess this task shouldn’t be that hard, but I’m struggling to find a solution:I have an MS Excel file in my Onedrive which contains rows from a booking system.In the Excel file, there is a specific cell that contains the number of booked days this month.All I would like to do is that on a regular basis, say every Monday, send a simple e-mail containing:A subject (text) Some text The content of the cell from the Exceldocument in Onedrive.It could basically look like:Hello! The number of booked days is as of today: [cell content]I have found ways of sending an email when something is updated in the Excel document, but that would be far to often. I simply want to schedule the e-mail, but still include the value from the Excel cell.Any suggestions? Best regards,Martin
Hey there - first post!I’m using Shopify’s Create Order Zap to create an order from an external marketplace. I’ve been able to trigger the zap from an incoming order email, and I’m able to create the order in Shopify, however experiencing a couple issues and I’m hoping to find out if it’s a shortcoming of the Shopify Create Order Zap, or if I’m doing something wrong (in Zapier or in Shopify):Tax - I’m not seeing any taxes in the created order. I’m pretty sure I’ve configured Shopify correctly to apply 10% tax for my country (Australia) and I’ve confirmed the shipping address is being recognized by Shopify as bein Australia. But, I’m just seeing the item price with no tax. Paid by Customer - While the Shopify Zap can set the STATUS to Paid, the order still shows as $0 paid by customer. I need it to show the correct paid by customer amount.Q) Are these known shortcomings of Shopify’s Zap or am I doing something wrong? :(Appreciate any help!Tanks.

Hi, I am trying to create an integrations between Lazada and Zapier and I found out that this can be achieve through the Zapier Developer Platform. However, to create and App in Lazada they need a Callback URL. What should I put for the URL? I have tried to contact the Lazada Support but it return a system error. Thank you.
Utilising the Gravity forms webhook however it appears to be cutting short the URLs.Lead form is simple strucutre capturing contact info as input by user and hidden field capturing URL with UTM data.The URL is being shortened by an unspecified number of characters each time which is causing issues as this is cutting short GCLID data. Confirmed in Gravity Forms that full URL is being captured but not received in Zapier.Is there are solution which will ensure that the complete URL will be transmitted?
Hello, I’m trying to build a workflow for a specific API authentication and I could not find a way to do it.A company that I’m willing to do a partnership with is willing to send me data thanks to an API that will use an API Key with Header parameter name: X-API-KEY and they will also require a certificate (a private key) to allow full authentication.I was hoping to add this private key in the Webhook Zapier integration but it’s not possible. I then looked into building a custom integration in Zapier but I don’t find this type of authentication method in the list. Could you help me figure out how to make this initial authentication? Hi,I see there was a similar question asked here, but said I would ask my own with as much detail as I can.I got my idea from Dollar Shave Club where they have a get started section, asking users a set of questions and then displaying recommended products based on the users responses.Is there something similar that can be done using typeform on a shopify store? I was able to embed the typeform to my store but when it is filled out the information is sent to my typeform account. But what I am looking for is when a user finishes the form they will be brought to a new page and be shown a list of products based on the users answers.I would imagine each answer would contain a tag and all the tags would be used to filter the products shown to the user. We have a Zapier > Slack task and it’s recently stopped finding the most recent firebase records. It seems Zapier is pulling through records based on key order (alphabetical) rather than chronologically. I’ve found documentation on “calling setWithPriority and using Firebase.ServerValue.TIMESTAMP to order by timestamp.” (https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-firebase)...but I’m not sure how to do this in Zapier?The Firebase Realtime Database has `users` with pushed objects (around 3000 objects/users at the moment): This is the current set up of Zapier (although I’ve tried all sorts of options)… When I run the test trigger all I get is… None of the the most recent records come through. Hello,I have a jotform which outputs to a google sheet, this google sheet is the trigger for my Zapier which writes the information to my Firebase Real Time Database. So far so good. The jotform has an audio upload element that ends up in the google sheet as a direct download link. I need this audio file to end up in my firebase storage system and for the realtime database to point to its path to complete my automation. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Hey guys,First of all, I’m a newbie here so I hope the question will make sense. A client wish to have a contact form where upond the request we can redirect the sender to the right email address. For example, for General Inquiries, send email here ; for Sale enquiries, send email here; etc etcThe trick is the client doesn’t want the emails to be visible in any ways hence the idea to use a contact form. Hi all,I’m new to HTML (as of 1 hour ago) but amazed thanks to w3schools how much I figured out already. I wanted to add some functionality to my gmail message with zappier so choose HTML. I’m trying to create a button that is a hyperlink. I have the botton up and running, but it won’t link. It works in the w3schools test page, but not when I actually run the test zap. My target invoices will only have 1 Line Item.So, I am starting with a list of invoices I need to create every month and trying to create invoices in QBO.My chain of zaps is in sequenceGoogle Sheets Trigger (new row) Formatter (to generate Line Items) - only 1 line item really QBO zap - Find Customer QBO zap - Find Product QBO zap - Create InvoiceI have several problems in Step 5In the header section (not Line Items), setting up the Customer found in Step 3 (Custom tab) does not work. Test says Customer is not set and fails since its required. If I hardwire it to something QBO finds through the dropdown, then Customer setting is remembered (this does not really satisfy my requirements at all, but just something I tried for debugging) In the Line Item section, I have tried setting up the fields on Price (from Product found in Step 4) and Quantity from Google Sheet & Formatter (Step 1&2) and then setting up Amount to be an expression on above Price times Quantity.
