Hello , i have a little problem and would like to get help , the problem is when i use Schedule to automate getting data from google sheets and send the received data to SuiteDash , in action google sheets i select event “Get many spreadSheet Rows” and i am getting data in a array in json format with key and value , how can I get data not in json format ? , because I can't exploit the data in json format to populate fields . Any help or ideas? Thanks!

Hi all! I’m trying to schedule posts to a specific Slack channel at a date/time that’s pulled from a Google Sheet. All info is pulling perfectly and Zapier tells me the post is successfully scheduled after testing, but I don’t see it in the Scheduled section in Slack. What am I missing?
Is there a way to set up a Zap in which a Practice Better form which automatically inputs into a Google Sheets document?
I have 2 forms on Practice Better that are used for client onboarding. I am wondering if there is a way to automatically input the results into a Google Sheets document which is set up to provide us a percentage for groups of questions. Ideally it would auto input every time one of our clients completes the questionnaire forms. Any help would be appreciated.
Can anybody help figure out why this is not simply returning the ID at the end of this sequence? I’m trying to just extract the letters/numbers after the comma but it seems to grab all of the occurrences even with Match All set to No. There is a set of 4 values all comma separated, but I’m only trying to grab the last one. Hello,I’m working on an integration between Notion <> Zapier.All seems to be working fine except in my Zap settings some of my fields are not showing up, namely “Files & Media” type fields.I wanted to simply pass an Image URL to my Files & Media fields, which works very well in any other type of data input.I just don’t see these fields at all on my Zaps.Any thoughts?
Here’s the scenario:Trigger sends a Slack message whenever a new item is created.However, this trigger is tied to an app that generates 3-4 items simultaneously (even though they’re essentially the same item). How can I have Zapier ONLY send me the last item triggered?I’ve tried to find some sort of throttling workflow and none of the answers I found seemed applicable (or they were written by much smarter people than me and I just didn’t understand what they were saying 😂).

I’m building a zap where I’d like to enter people who reply to my email into HubSpot.The zap looks at a sheet of names, emails, etc in google sheets and emails them. I’d then like anyone who replies to that email to be entered into our HubSpot CRM as a contact but can’t seem to find the trigger “if they reply to that email” to make it happen.Any help or ideas? But when I want to select "payment information" (example: moneytransfer, paypal, credit card...), which is shown in Magento orders, but I can't find it as an option in Zapier when selecting which fields/elements I want to transfer to a new spreadsheet row.I hope someone can help me. I’ve set up a Zap that triggers an email from a new spreadsheet row fill.Great, that’s all fine and it’s firing, but the text itself in the email, which is HTML-coded, keep stopping short. It’s cutting off “many thanks, Katie” at the end. I thought it might be due to a text limit, but I've edited the copy down and it just keeps cropping more text out. Super frustrated, have run about 10x tests now with different variations of text. Anyone know a workaround?

I have no idea what I’m doing wrong?I would like people who enrol in a specific course on Teachable to receive a Hubspot workflow. However, when people register for one of my other courses on Teachable they are receiving my hubspot workflow, which is in no way related to the course they registered for. I have set up 2 zaps, one for new contacts to hubspot and the second to receive my Hubspot workflow. Both zaps, I have filtered my zap with the specific course ID and URL. How are they receiving the workflow for the other enrolled course?HELP!?
I’m encountering an issue when duplicating a sheet in a google drive - I have a submission coming through a jotform which is the initial trigger, then a particular sheet is being duplicated with a new name. This step always shows “The app returned "Internal error encountered.".” but in the next step to find the newly duplicated sheet, it finds it. The main problem is, because the error keeps occurring, zapier detects this and turns off the zap. Is there any way to force the zap to stay on or fix this error?
