Hello, 

 

I’m trying to update an existing app so that it will pull additional information set up in HoneyBook and distribute to the excel spreadsheet that it has always zapped info into. the problem is, when I go to test the trigger it will NOT pull recent payment records! It keeps pulling literally one of the first payments ever received to that account many years ago. It won’t pull new ones and I’ve tried over and over again to figure this out but it is just not working. 

When I click “find new records” it says there aren’t any to show.

Good question.

Some Zap triggers only pull representative examples so you can configure the Zap action steps.

With the Zap configured, try turning the Zap ON, then testing live.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/
