I’m trying to update an existing app so that it will pull additional information set up in HoneyBook and distribute to the excel spreadsheet that it has always zapped info into. the problem is, when I go to test the trigger it will NOT pull recent payment records! It keeps pulling literally one of the first payments ever received to that account many years ago. It won’t pull new ones and I’ve tried over and over again to figure this out but it is just not working.
When I click “find new records” it says there aren’t any to show.
