Where to get the "Recipient Id" in order to Send message from page in Facebook Messenger?

Hi, where can I get the Recipient ID for sending message from page in Facebook Messenger? The trigger is New file uploaded in my Google Drive. So if there is a new file uploaded to my Google drive, a message will be sent to my personal FB account from my FB page.
