Hello community! This is my first time EVER, posting here. Please help!

I have a Zap that triggers with Woocomerce’s Line Items.

All I’m trying to do is take the Line Item Quantity field from WooCommerce and pass it to Airtable to each Line Item.

Whenever I test the step (which only tests one Line Item, it works. However, as soon as I turn it on, and various Line Items come at the same time (i.e an order includes multiple line items), the data stops coming through.

I checked the Zap’s history and found that the data is coming in, but not coming out.

I don’t know what else to try. Please Help me!

(I uploaded only 8 images, I don’t know why there are more grayed out)

Hi @jcrump

Good question.

The attachments did not upload.

Hey @Troy Tessalone! Thanks for answering.

Here they go:

@jcrump

TIP: Add a formula field to the Table to show the Record ID for each record.

That way you can connect the dots between the DATA OUT in Zapier and the data in Airtable.

Since the Zap trigger will trigger once from each Order Line Item, you could change the Airtable action to just create record (singular).

The mapped field for 10 isn’t part of the Line Items section in the Zap action.

Perhaps you are referencing the wrong field.

Thanks for the tip and the solution! That did the trick.

I changed the last action to Create Record (singular).

Thanks!!
