Hotmart error: We ran into an error adding your new account. Authentication error: error parsing the response.

I want to create a Zap with Hotmart and for this I must copy the hotmart credentials in zapier: Client ID, Client Secret, and Basic. I copy and paste in Zapier, everything is correct, and I click on accept. From here, Zapier says, “We ran into an error adding your new account. Authentication error: error parsing the response. Have: "". “ Then he gives me a list of three things I can do, I don't know what to do anymore. Someone for help?

Hi @Connie 

Good question.

Make sure there are no leading/trialing spaces for the input values.

Also, try using a new/different private browser to connect the app.
