I have Kajabi and Zapier linked. I cannot get past a code. It says an email field needs to match up but I am not needing email. I am wanting questions answered on a Kajabi page using Jotform but I need Zapier to help do that.
I am not able to get triggered payment data from stripe staging account
I am using zapier to connect stripe staging account to xero account. I created one zap. Where stripe trigger is create new payment. I created new payment but still new payment is not triggered in zapier. Please help me as soon as possible.
How do I add a date in a specific format?
I've looked and tried multiple things but simply can not figure it out so here I am. I want to Tweet the time and date exactly like this:9:00 Monday 23rd January 2023Accompanied by an image. I have the image all sorted (the part I thought would be the most difficult but was very simple)Currently I am using the below as my Message in the Tweet section of my Zap:Which is ALMOST right, except it is not including the 2 digits of the Minutes and is not including the date quite how I’d like.Is there a way to simply input the format like you would in BB code or similar? Images from one Facebook page to another
I’ve set a zap up to share posts from one Facebook page to another. I can get the content of the post to share alongside the URL of the original post, but how do I share the images from the post?I’ve tried various things but I only seem to get content like ‘Image’ within the post rather than an actual image.
Name and email fields from Intercom chats are empty and not mappable into the HubSpot ticket
I have set up the trigger to work on a specific tag to be used. This works fine for chat conversations, however for Email conversations the author name and email are not mapped in Hubspot as they are for the chats, instead these fields are empty. Is there any way to have this fixed to make sure all necessary information is brought across regardless of if the communication is a chat or email?

As per the zap I have the set up of the Airtable to look at specific fields to look up but every time the zap runs I get an error:You must provide either "Search by field" AND "Search value" or "Search Formula".This is despite this being set up. I am brining data into Google sheets via the ‘importdata’ formula from a csv in a third party. The Zap does seem to be working as new data is being added to Airtable but I am wondering why I am getting this error and if there is anything I can do about it?
Sending an email to a different address every day
Hi, I’m trying to create a zap that should:Be triggered every day at 9 AM Look for the email address associated to date of the current day in a Google Sheets file with a list of ~300 dates and email addresses Send an email via Gmail to the address corresponding to that day’s date Repeat the process every day for the rest of the year, iterating through the different email addresses associated to the different days in the Google Sheet, as the days go by Stop after December 31, 2023I’ve looked through online resources, other Community’s posts, but couldn’t find the right answer/set of instructions.Any help would be appreciated, thanks!Federico

Square payments are missing decimal points in Zapier
I created a zap between Square App and Slack. It works fine except that the payment amount is missing the decilam point. So £14.34 would come through as 1434GBP. It’s only for notification, doesn’t metter that much, but I had created one before which worked fine.Any idea why is this happening?

Zapier is not capturing/reading multi select pick list value correctly
I have zap running successfully for quite sometime, I have recently updated to new Salesforce connecting app provided by Zap. Since then Zap is not reading the Multi Select picklist values correctly. Before this used to be separated by semicolon but now it looks like its separating for both semicolon and comma. Its processing multiple values without comma but with comma its treating as separate value and this failing the zap. Before this was able to capture all details as below but now its no longer working
Can MailChimp bounced emails be used as a trigger - integrating with Maximiser CRM
Is it possible to create a zap that detects hard bounces in MailChimp and then updates our Maximser CRM? I can see unsubscribes as a zap trigger in the list, but not hard bounce?It would be hugely useful to be able to do this automatically each time a campaign is sent out, rather than having to export the list every time and update manually in Max.

Zapier not seeing new private channels created
Hello, I am trying to set up a zap where if a new private channel is created and it has in its title two keywords, it would send a message to the channel. However, zapier is not recognizing any new private channels i am added to except for the channels i had manually added zapier to, i am not sure how to fix this, it is not even showing an error in the log, it is simply not seeing the new channels and in the channel list in the zap creation itself it is not showing except 3 channels despite me having created more channels to test it out and despite me being added to more channels more recently than those 3 channels appearing.

Setting up a Zap to Create Woocommerce Orders from Open Shopify Orders
I am a new user. I am trying to have new Shopify orders create new orders in Woocommerce. I am up to the "Set up Action." It looks like I have to map all the fields. Some are easy (billing info), but what do I select for Parent ID? I have no idea. Do you have any documentation on this? I am surprised so much mapping is needed. I would think that selecting this Zap would be easier. Thank you for any tips.Since starting to type this, I have located a template that should do what I need, but again, one needs to map all the fields. I would have thought a template would have fields mapped already, with an option to edit. This seems to take more than the few minutes advertised. I wonder what I am missing?!~Philippe
