Hey guys, I’m trying to create a Zap that will create a new order in Shipstation based on a Drip subscriber getting a specific tag. I know how to set the trigger of a “New Subscriber Tag”. And I’ve got a filter ensuring that it’s only going to continue if it’s a specific tag. But, in the step for creating the order in ShipStation, it appears that I’m missing a lot of subscriber data from that Drip record. I need to be able to pull their first name, last name, address, city, state and ZIP….but it appears that those aren’t options. Am I missing something? Or is there a way to query this data from the Drip subscriber?

Hello everyone, I am a fresh new user of Zapier, I thought I would check the free plan first before purchasing a paid service version of Zapier, I was trying to get Zapier to post from Pages to Groups on my behalf on Facebook account, I was in the process of adding the groups. But I couldn’t add except only 1 group and nothing more was allowed. Also, I am getting always a message stating that the added account has expired, when I try to press reconnect it fails always, i have no clue what’s going on, please help. SHRIEF

Hey Zapier community I need assistance ASAP, please. I am working for an Digital Agency and we have an account on Zapier for one of our Clients. We are using Zapier to integrate Facebook leads into Salesforce. We are having problems capturing contact numbers. We have tried various different Zap setups and Salesforce or Zapier keeps picking up errors with contact number. Salesforce can only take 10 digits (for a contact number). People tend to type our their numbers in weird ways, so we have attempted at putting in rule to deal with that, however we are still having problems. PLEASE HELP! For example a normal number should look somthing like this (071234567) some people will leave out the 0 or they will type it with the RSA code (+2771234567). So we did a find and replace, find +27 and replace it with 0. But then people tend to type their number without +27 or without the initial 0. [Edited by moderator to remove private information]
Hi guys, I am trying to use Zapier to convert the response from a SurveyMonkey form into a word template, essentially creating a new formatted word document for every response. I am a paying member of SurveyMonkey and we use the Office 365 environment for Word documents. Do you know if this is at all possible, or do I need to go through some 3rd party application to make this connection, and if so, what application would you recommend? Thank you in advance!
We are currently using hubspot and slack, thinking of replacing slack with Microsoft teams. In slack we link this to our Hubspot account and when we have a new question from the bot from our homepage this will come through as a new channel in slack. Is there a way that we can have something similar for in Microsoft teams? Thanks

We have our youtube channel having more than 50 video, we want to post all videos on our website which is hosted on Wordpress as category blogs. As a pilot, we have connected our youtube account with wordpress and have set a zap for posting a new video to a new post. This is working fine. But we could not find any option, where all the videos can be posted on wordpress together. Thanks Team Woodofa.
Hi, I would like to extract contacts from my webinar landing page in Click Funnels and add them to a list and attach a tag to the contacts which I then want to add to ActiveCampaign. Click Funnels will not allow me to do this as I have integrated the webinar page to Gotowebinar and cannot integrate with ActiveCampaign. What is the workaround for this? Thanks
I’m hopeful to do the following: Trigger the zap by a new folder in Google Drive (check!) Identify all the files within that folder (!?!) Copy them to a specific new folder (check!) That second step is befuddling me… Is there any way to “list contents” of a google drive folder or otherwise identify the files within the folder for next step reference? Thank you for any help!!
Hi all, I am brand new to Zapier, so forgive the very basic question. When a customer makes a specific purchase in Stripe, I then need them subscribed to an email automation in Kajabi. The issue in setup is that I don’t see where in stripe to filter for specific purchases, and I do not want this automation applied to every purchase. Thanks!
I’m trying to build out an integration between OneDesk and Redmine. I’ve been successful in creating a zap where when a ticket is created in OneDesk, it will create it in Redmine. I do not see how I am able to bring back status change and history/note updates from Redmine back to OneDesk. Is this a feature that I am not seeing or not available? Thanks, David
Issue Since upgrading from the deprecated version of Nationbuilder, I notice these two fields Email Opt In and Mobile Phone Opt In have defaulted to the values of Yes and Yes. Whenever I change those values to our custom google sheet fields, Email Opt In and Mobile Phone Opt In, the zaap reverts back to the default nationbuilder fields when the page is refreshed. Why is this? Is this a bug? Temporary Work-Around We would prefer having the custom values on the google sheets because those values changes from YES to NO depending on what a person selects on the Google Form. For now, we have found a way to work around this by creating custom fields to the bottom. [Edited by moderator to remove private information from image]
I'm looking into using this at our company. What i'm trying to figure out is, if i have a company of 150 employees, would each individual user wishing to make use of Zapier need an account? Or does it work that as admin, we have a Zapier account, we establish the link between the two systems (let's say Slack and Jira) and everytime a user does something specific in slack using a zapier command, that triggers a zap, that's then logged in our account? Do you handle this as an admin at your company - and individual users will request ‘zaps’ set up?
I’ve created a basic zap that creates a zendesk support ticket whenever someone posts in a specific channel. My issue is that people could reply to messages, or just say something like ‘good morning’ before actually typing the question. I don’t see a way of customising the logic used in slack, is there a way i can only trigger the zap if a certain word or phrase is detected - for example if they mention the word ‘IT support’ it raises a call? i’m currrently testing the free version so wondering if the paid version gives me this option.
I am connecting excel and outlook ‘send email’, so that when an excel row is updated and email is sent from Outlook 365. I am at the body section of the email and there seems to be no way to add clickable links or bold text. I have tried both the TEXT and HTML setting. Can anyone help?
Hello! I was trying to connect QuoteRoller with HelloSign or other convenient online document signature service. I want my client’s to sign the proposal when they want to accept it. There is no such trigger available when I try to connect QuoteRoller through zapier. Please suggest if there is any way to achieve this through Zapier or any other platforms. Thanks.
Hi, I’m trying to set up a Zap to take Eventbrite registrations into a Zoom webinar registration. I have several fields in the Zoom registration that are required, which are also in the Eventbrite registration, but I can’t figure out how to map them to the Zap. It looks like it is limited to just the basics. But when I test the zap, I get an error message. Here’s a screenshot of my Zap editor, and a screenshot of the error. How to I add more fields?
