Question

My test is failing when filtering out the "Phone Call ID" even when it exists

I have a Zap that’s trying to filter out content when the text starts with “Phone Call Id: “. The text in the screenshot clearly starts with “Phone Call Id: “ so why would the test keep failing?

Hi @truly 

Good question.

Try removing the double quotes, then test the Filter step conditions again.
