I have finally managed to get triggers working to do the following:-- When a specific tag is set on a contact in Insightly, the contact is added to Mailchimp and added to a tag in Mailchimp, or if the contact is already in Mailchimp, they are updated/added to a tag. My problem is that the field ORGANIZATION does not transfer from Insightly to Mailchimp. Every contact in Insightly is linked to an organization, but the Insightly contact pulls the organization into the contact (if that makes sense -- not a database person!). So it’s an ID not an Organization name that transfers. If the contact already exists in MailChimp, it overwrites the organization with a code/ID. Not helpful!Other than that, this zap will change my life. All ideas/help appreciated. Thank you.
Airtable error: 404 error code when using the unique Contact ID as the search criteria to find the record in Airtable
I am a newbie to Zapier, so this is probably simple. I have an Airtable base that has multiple date fields. I want to update these date fields when a tag is applied to a contact in Keap Max Classic. The contacts in Keap buys a package of 7 courses and a unique tag is applied when they finish each one of the courses. I have successfully set up a zap to create an Airtable record for them when they purchase the 7 course series, but have not been able to get the zaps to work updating their records when a course completion tag is applied. I can get all the way to the final step of updating the record in Airtable and it always returns a 404 error. I am using the unique Contact ID as the search criteria to find the record in Airtable and I have a date field in Keap that gets automatically updated when the tag is applied. I am trying to get Zapier to pull that date field info into Airtable. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
We have “location column” in Monday.com. When we use zapier to enter new information into that column in this formatStreet Address, City, State, ZipcodeThe field in Monday.com ends up being empty like its being rejected for some reason. Who else dealt with this, do we need to clean up the data first and how?Thank you

Hey all,I have a question on how to create a specific flow that will allow me to:Zap 1: Escalate a issue from Zendesk to Slack (already have a zap for that), which creates a new Slack message in a private channel. The message itself includes a couple of internal information as well as the Zendesk Ticket ID as numbers (no link towards it is sent, just numbers) Zap 2: Post new thread updates as a private comment in that Zendesk ticket from that existing message escalated in a private channel. Each message needs to be sent as a private comment on that particular ticket.I was trying to follow this guide: however, it’s not working at all as from what I understand, in Find a Ticket in Zendesk I can’t point Zapier to read the information from the initial message that includes a Ticket ID.I also tried to create some sort of a workflow but that didn’t work either. Hello,I need to send zaps that create a row in Google sheet. Colums are “email” | “Subject” | “Attachment” The email is always the same, it’s the system email. The subject line has 2 parts: The subject which is the same for all, and than another part of the subject line which is different in each email, and it’s the sender name. For example: subject: new form from ____ the line is the part that changes (sender name)How do I set it in my zap trigger? Thank you,Talia
I have connected Jobber to Zapier and created a few Zaps with it just fine.Now, I need to go a bit further.Microsoft Power Platform has Dataflows that can pull data in from other sources.At present it does not look like MS and Zapier talk to each other directly, but there are some options with Dataflow: I *think* “Web API” might be the best bet, but I’m not sure.Essentially, I’d like to Trigger on something in Jobber, get the raw data from it, and make it available to one of the options in the Power Platform, with as little to no changes as possible.The data will be variable, especially dealing with Quotes, as the number of line items to process will vary from quote to quote, so hardcoded options will not work.I’ve poked at Webhooks, Storage, Tables, and even Code, but I’m just not getting anything to “click” in terms of understanding.Has anyone done anything similar? Any suggestions on what might be the better method?Thanks in advance.Dion
I there!I would like to create an invoice in Stripe when an order is created in Woocommerce. But it looks like Stripe doesn’t support the currency field from WooCommerce. Shouldn’t it work with Metadata? We take orders in multiple currencies, so we cannot use the default currency of our stripe account.Looking forward to your input. Kind Regards,Chris

One aspect is I have a table of comparable properties: When I’m done collecting all the data, I think generate a google doc which drags all the key data through. At the moment, I need to paste in the comparables every time. I was wondering if theres a way I could get the zapier zap to pull the data through? It would need to populate the table with the data from the table above.

Sorry to hear you’re now running into a 404 error here, @Fsl. I did some checking and it looks like we’ll sometimes see a 404 when the account connection to Firebase/Firestore was added with the Project ID and it needs to use the RTDB (Realtime Database) Project ID instead. Can you reconnect your app account and use the projectId in the following format: projectId-default-rtdb. For example, if your projectId was project123 you’d use: project123-default-rtdb After it’s reconnected with the RTDB Project ID, could you try pulling in a new test record and confirm whether that works? I have zap running successfully for quite sometime, I have recently updated to new Salesforce connecting app provided by Zap. Since then Zap is not reading the Multi Select picklist values correctly. Before this used to be separated by semicolon but now it looks like its separating for both semicolon and comma. Its processing multiple values without comma but with comma its treating as separate value and this failing the zap. Before this was able to capture all details as below but now its no longer working

Hello everyone, I added an action within one of my ZAPs for sending a transactional email via Mailjet. I have configured the fields provided and everything seems to work correctly with only one problem: the subject line of the received email always has a [TEST] at the beginning. The template is correctly published to Mailjet and I couldn't find any options around to help me solve the problem.Does anyone have any ideas why and what I'm doing wrong?Thank you.

Hi - I have a google sheet that receives results from a Typeform quiz. I am using the Query function to bring over the answers into a second worksheet, because I need to use the results to further calculate other scores and lookup images. I am trying to use a Zap that picks up data in the rows created by the Query function, but when I run the “Find Data” step, it finds the rows but there is no data in any of the columns. Is there some reason why Zapier cannot see the data that’s been brought through using the Query function? If I replicate the sheet and just paste the data in then it seems to work.

Subscription form to with name & mobile nr 2. subscriptions get weekly SMS reminder through Twilio. 3. People can unsubscribe. Possible with Google Form subscriptions and Googl Calender event? Hello, I have created a zap between Typeform and Google Sheets - Typeform has a field called Start Date to record data on when someone starts a form -- Zapier is not pulling this field through - my question is how can I get Zapier to pull this form field for “start date” through? Thanks!
I was hoping to schedule messages to be automatically pushed from Trello to Slack. Example: We have announcements every other week and I'd like to add a card in Trello and just include the date of the announcement. On the day of the announcement, the message will be automatically pushed from Trello to Slack. Is this possible?
