Hi all,I’ve been staring at my zap for too long, I need help please!I am trying to match an email address to one of two mail columns in a user’s record (personal/work).Starting with “Get Item by Column Value” to match in the personal column. Either way, it will “succeed” which then steps to “Get Item by Column Value” to match in the work columnt. Again, it will “succeed” either way.Testing works (I consider this a work around).I then want to search another board for either of the records. Is this possible? I can’t figure out the syntax if it is, so I’m ending up having two searches etc. Hope that makes sense!Cheers, Peter
I am attempting to get a request to join form on mighty networks to trigger a meeting appointment created in Google Meet for each person that submits a form on certain days and times of the week. The issue is that Zapier is requiring one day and time “Start Date & Time” and “End Date & Time” but this means that instead of having one person booked at 1pm, another at 2pm, and another at 3pm etc, it’s putting anyone who submits a form on the same time and day. How can I make an additional zap or modify this one so that it generates a unique meeting date and time for each trigger without overlapping? Open to changing to Zoom if that has more options.
I am using the Create or Update Contact in HubSpot when a record is modified in AirTable.That Update Contact trigger is working, but the new record is not. It is producing the following errorFailed to create a contact in HubSpotProperty values were not valid validationMessages: - salutation: No was not one of the allowed options: [label: "Yes" value: "true" display_order: 0 hidden: false read_only: false , label: "No" value: "false" display_order: 1 hidden: false read_only: false ]There is NO Salutation field in either AirTable or HubSpot so I don’t understand why it is producing this error or how to address this.Any suggestions?
I have created a zap that causes OKTA to create a new user when a new user signs up for an account using Stripe. The zap is supposed to pass an email, first name, and last name to OKTA. The zap works when I test it through the Zapier site. However, when I create a new user in Stripe the email that is passed to OKTA is the email a used during testing on the Zapier site and not the email that from Stripe. OKTA throws an API validation error: “Api validation failed: login. login: An object with this field already exists in the current organization”See attached screenshot. How do I correct this problem?
Have you ever used zapier to make a texting tree before? What have you learned? I'm going to make a texting automation using zapier so that I can get reviews, get information from customers, etc. example: It would send a text saying “text back yes if you think we deserve 5 stars, or no if you don’t”Then when they send back yes, it would send a text inviting them to leave a review with the link. Texting back no might prompt customer service to get involved, etc. Obviously I would be using filters and paths with zapier to accomplish this mainly. I will use clicksend for the texting (although many texting applications would do), and hubspot is my crm. I will use hubspot properties to define “gates” that customers would pass through once they text a response, that way I could use the word “yes” again to mean something completely different. My question is, has anyone used zapier to do something like this before? What are the best practices when doing so? There are all sorts of problems tha
i’ve been trying recently to get a bot to do this, but zapier is the only one that can almost achieve the task i want.Basically i want at a certain hour, every day, for zapier to send a gif based on a keyword set by me.The only problem i have encountered so far is to make the discord extension to reset the url made by giphy and use the new one.There is any way currently for me to make this work ? Is it possible to link one of my Google Drive folders to ChatGPT so that it can use that as context/database when I converse with ChatGPT? I saw someone mention something along those lines, but maybe I misunderstood them. I have a lot of written documents for a book I’m working on and would like to be able to converse with ChatGPT about the content and bounce ideas off it.
Trouble connecting Memberstack and Zapier: Workflow not firing for new members - No error messages found
Does anyone know what is classed as a ‘new member’ in Memberstack? There is little to no help on the online library of Zapier info. I’m struggling to get my workflow to fire - even though testing each stage works perfectly. There’s no history of it running where it’s hit a wall and didn’t complete, it just never fires. Been at it for 5 hours straight so it’s not that there’s a 15 minute polling trigger delay.
Hello Zapier Community,I am experiencing some issues with the GPT Zapier plugin, and I am hoping someone can provide some guidance or assistance in resolving them. Here's a summary of the problems I'm encountering: I have set up the Gmail: Send Email action with the GPT Zapier plugin. However, whenever I try to send an email using ChatGPT, the plugin just keeps loading indefinitely and never actually sends the email. When attempting to create a new Zap with ChatGPT as the trigger, I noticed that there are no events available for me to select from the list. Trying to create a Zap that will change the Hubspot Deal Stage when an outgoing email is sent in Gmail with certain parameters. To do this, I also need to use Find Contact and then Find Assocations to find the contact in Hubspot using the “to” email address and then find the association between the contact and the deal. I’ve tried numerous ways to get the “Find Contact” action in Zapier to work, but to no avail. I’ve even used the Text Formatter as a step before “Find Contact” in case the specific formatting is an issue, but I keep getting “Failed to find a contact in Hubspot”. What can I do to make this Zap work? I’ve seen templates on Zapier’s website showing a similar Zap to the one I am trying to create so I really don’t understand why it’s not working. Any help is much appreciated!

This is a Wix → ActiveCampaign Zap.I have three forms on my website, “contact us” “more info” and “register.” The idea is that depending on which form is submitted, the contact will be tagged as such. However, the email field is returning the below error. Here are all of the options: The one I need is the 5th one down. I don’t know where the first 3 come from. If I pick any of the first three, then it works but all three tags are applied instead of just the one for the specific form.
This has been working my nerves for a day now. Objective : Each time a client is tagged with a <TAG> within my (HIGHLEVEL) transfer it over to my monday CRM including the following details. The tests are working fine, but when I actually do the automation. It is not transferring into the right areas. The First name & last name column are moving in the (Lead) Column and leaving the other areas blank. This integration has been off and on. The last one was the actual automation, the first two were tests that worked correctly. Could anyone help?
Hello - Zapier is not able to locate the Google Sheet I want to make a zap with. It’s able to find all of the other google sheets in our drive, and I made sure that the correct account is the owner and I even searched with the google sheet URL id. But it still comes up with no results. Thank you!
I am trying to create a zap with the trigger being from Dropbox. But the zap is not pulling in any folders to choose from and this is a required field.I checked to see if Dropbox was successfully connected and it is. I tried refreshing the fields. I tried deleting and creating a new Zap. I refreshed both sites so they had updated content...Any ideas on a fix or what the problem might be?

Hi Everyone. I have a zapier with a Trigger for a Jira Service Management project for Updated Request. But when I try to test it I get the following error.Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).The strange thing is that it works correctly for New Request. Hey Everybody, I currently have a board in Monday.com that is fed by form submissions. When a new item is added, it takes the responses and gives them to OpenAI. I want to take OpenAI’s response and put it in the last column called “OPENAI response” on the item I initially sent to OpenAI. I cannot figure out how to put the text response into the specific item, just a static item column I choose. Any Ideas? Thank you!
Failed to create a HTTP request in Klaviyo error in Zapier. The same request works well in Postman though.
Hi awesome community members, I’ve been working to create a custom API Request action to resubscribe a profile in the Klaviyo. The details of the API request on the Klaviyo’s developer documentation. I’m able to successfully make the requst and resubscribe a profile via the call made to the postman with same body and API headers, but when I tried testing this in Zapier, I got the following error: I’ve read through the troubleshooting API errors page, but didn’t find anything relevant. May I please request you to help troubleshooting this or at least tell me more about this error so I could fix it? Thank you in advance.
I’m using a Zap to import Sales from Stripe into Wave. Majority of my sales are in CAD but I get the odd sale in USD. Zapier is pushing the number amount as it comes, so it comes as CAD even though it’s USD.For example: I had a sale that was 100 USD, but it sent that to Wave as 100 CAD. Is there a way in Zapier to define a condition within the Trigger?“If Currency is USD then….Send zap to Wave Account #1”“If Currency is CAD then….Send zap to Wave Account #2”
I am trying to create a sequence of Zaps between Shopify and Monday that helps our team track leads. I created a Zap that creates a new item in Monday when a customer is added to Shopify. Now I need a Zap that updates that item in Monday when that customer places an order. I was trying to use the “Customer Last Order Name” field but this is not working properly. Does anyone have any ideas? I basically want Zapier to create items in Monday when a new lead comes in (customer is created in Shopify) and then update the Order Date field when that customer places an order. Any help here would be appreciated!
Featured Media Upload Issue in WordPress: No Option to Set Custom Value for Media when creating a Post
Hi, i’ve followed the two step process to upload media to wordpress, and create a post in wordpress. The entire process works great, but my featured media always shows up as 0 and therefore my featured image does not get associated wit the post. I followed the instructions here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-wordpress#add-a-custom-featured-image-to-your-wordpress-postThe problem is that it appears things have changed and there is no longer an option in create posts to set the featured media to “use a custom value”. If I instead select “upload media in wordpress” and I try using the id, the link, or any other field, it doesn’t work.
