I want to add text-to-speech (TTS) to the image I obtained with DALL-E, but none of the APIs registered in Zapier can perform TTS; they are all malfunctioning. Is there a chance for me to use an API from outside the list? If yes, how can I add it?

Where are you looking to have a text-to-speech option added to exactly? For example are you looking to do this within a Zap that uses a specific OpenAI or ChatGPT action, or are you using Zapier’s AI actions?
