Facebook to Google Sheet zap not triggering with new lead

hello ı have created zapsı want to get my leads from facebook to email and also to google scheest.but currently it is not working. because today ı got a lead but my zap did not work. the other question is that ı have two leafs form that ı want to save in the same google scheets that does not work also.but ı have seen in a video in which the could do that. i hope you can solve my problems so i can use it without any problem

Gform>Zap>JIRA Issue Creation Failure | Unable to create issue: {"summary":"The summary is invalid because it contains newline characters."}

Hi All, We’re encountering a weird problem that’s completely new to us with our integration flow.Quick background:1. users submit a google form response2. zapier pulls the information from the gsheet that the gform results populate3. zapier then creates a JIRA issue with a bunch of fields autofilled with the various gsheet information saved4. the responses are pure text with no other media/content/etc This has worked for several months with no to minimal changes, which all test successfully and the changes just being what text is populating which fields. Recently, one of our most important zaps (of which there are multiple variations that do the same thing from other form responses and all still work except for this one) consistently failed to run with the error messageUnable to create issue: {"summary":"The summary is invalid because it contains newline characters."} Unfortunately, there’s little to no documentation around this issue. Facebook Lead Ads not working / not triggering

Hi, since a few weeks, new zaps from Facebook Lead Ads are not sent. Defined flow: from FCBK to Mail (zoho). I noticed that the fields to be exported decreased (ex. creative name...) but even the “name” and “email address” that appears in the gathering fields, then the zap is not triggered and the lead is not sent. I tried to reconnect zapier with facebook and the connection and permissions seems OK.  any changes on GDPR from facebook that is causing any problem? any other ideas?

Email parser not extracting link to image attachments from Squirrelmail

Currently our customer fills out a Help Form that provides the ability to add an attachment to the form, this form is delivered to our Squirrelmail account where we utilize the email parser to extract the information from the email and create a ticket in our Zendesk account. When an attachment (typically an image) is included with these requests a link to the image is provided in a separate attachment section of the email that the parser does not seem to be picking up, it does see identify an attachment exists however it does not identify the links to the images.

Conditional Paths not working - No values sent from Airtable

As there is no updates coming out, I created a new post as this is a separate issue. Conditional Paths are not working when the variant being searched is being sent from Airtable.

Path rules are not working

Hello, Path rules do not seem to be working correctly. When attempting to edit and define rules in paths, a single input field shows up, as opposed to the several fields that generally show up in which rules can be defined. Inputting variables in the input field leads to an error when attempting to continue or enable the Zap. See the screenshot.  When trying to continue, this error occurs.  Moreover, when exiting to the main menu and attempting to enable the Zap, the follow error occurs.

Outlook step not receiving email address from Airtable - Required field “To Email(s)” (recipients) is missing

Zaps using AirTable and Outlook are not working, it’s not likiing the email address being brought over from Airtable? This is currently affecting at least 100 of my zaps.

Hi I’ve created a zap from facebook to twitter and the images are blurry.I saw a similar post where the only answer is “Check that you used the highest resolution of the image provided from Facebook.”, but I don’t know how or where.

Integration sendowl and airtable runs perfectly the test but it is not working properly

Hi There! Just created an integration between Sendowl and Airtable.Once a payment is pursued in sendowl, the workflow creates a new record is created in airtable.In Sendolw i asked for two custom fields, and i nees them to be included in a cell of the new record. That is how i programmed the interration.The test runs perfectly and the created record includes this custom fields.Hw, when the zapier is on and a new order is made in sendowl, zapier doesnt write the custom checkout field value in the new record.I think it is kinda bug related to the actual timing of the workflow.Any help? David

“Deleted File” trigger

Hello!I am a Zapier beginner and am still figuring it out. Thankfully, there is a community such as that I can get help and opinion on the topics that I’m interested in! So.. here’s what happened recently:I’ve connected my Dropbox account to a database on Notion and got my first zap working! Then I’ve realised that once I go back to my Dropbox and delete a file or a folder from there, or rename one of them, the database does not update. The database stays the same, with the only difference that once I press the URL it shows as a not existing one. How do I fix that?Looking forward to hearing some opinions! Many thanks,Kamelia

Stripe order not triggering Zap to send email in Flodesk

Hi there, my Stripe zap is not working and executing with Flodesk despite running a test zap and it working. Nothing is logged in the zap history either. I am not sure why the test works but live result doesn’t. I’ve been struggling for hours Can someone please advise? Thank you so much! Also of note that I use SquareSpace for collecting orders. So once a user submits an order the order gets sent to Stripe and from there I want them to get a Flodesk email that puts them into my workflow.

How to import .xls file from Dropbox to Google Sheets?

The idea is to import the export order (.xls) from dropbox to google sheet daily.I want to import this daily. Meaning, there will be new tabs created everyday for daily exported sheets.It goes like this:​​​​​​​1. At 12:05 am, zapier will export the order sheets (from woocommerce) into dropbox in .xls format and will be kept in a folder for every month.​​​​​2.Then, zapier would import the order sheets from the file in dropbox to a google sheets spreadsheet3.This process will repeated everyday for every order sheets in different worksheets (Exp:Today’s export orders will be imported in a worksheet(tab) and tomorrow’s export orders will be imported to different worksheet(tab) but in the same google sheet. Therefore, by the end of the month, i will have 1 tab for each day (1 tab for 1 order sheet daily)So the problem here is, we cannot seem to find a way to import .xls file from dropbox to a specific google sheet file.Do you know a way around this?

Slack Private Channel: Only send message if user is in channel

I have a very simple Zap that is triggered when my team’s CRM detects an issue with a customer (e.g. an automated email campaign bounced). Using the CRM data, the Zap finds the customer’s assigned consultant in Slack, then sends a private channel message to our bouncelog, @ mentioning the consultant and giving a link to the customer’s info. Unfortunately, we recently started having issues where the Zap is being triggered for customers with consultants that aren’t part of our team, and therefore aren’t members of this channel. The Zap still tries to @ mention them, which causes problems on the Slack channel.Is there a way to look up the members of a Slack channel to use in a filter/code step? Or some other way to make sure this Zap doesn’t try to @ mention users who aren’t in the channel?

Having trouble triggering Sub-Zaps from Zaps

Anyone else having trouble to trigger Sub-Zaps from Zaps? - I looks like it works but it doesn’t run the Sub-Zap at all, it doesn’t even show a Zap-history. The funny thing is that the Sub-Zaps works like a charm when I’m stepping in through manually…   Calling a Sub-ZapInside the Sub-ZapSuccessful when I’m stepping through the Sub-Zap… This post has been edited by a moderator to remove sensitive information. Invite link for custom KV Core integration not working

I messaged Zapier customer service about this issue but they never respond to me so I’m hoping the community can help. I’m looking at sending information from Podio to KV Core which is what realtors use as their CRM. Is this possible?I’ve seen a custom made integration to KV Core but when I click the invite link it just takes me back to the homepage where my zaps are. Any help on this would be much appreciated.This was the link I found that don’t work -

Hi,All of my automations with pipedrive has been stopped last week. I don’t understand what is the problem. The error message is "Trigger partner failure: The app did not respond in-time. Error "Trigger partner failure: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0"

Hello,  I do have a few zaps and for any reason I got the following error message starting a few days ago and I do not know what is causing the issues: Trigger partner failure: Unexpected token &lt; in JSON at position 0 I already checked all connections to all apps I use within the Zaps and I checked the Zaps but I really do not see why I do this error now. Everything worked without any problems. Is this an authentication problem or something like that? I am really stuck here.  Thanks for help, Michael

Email parser by Zapier "no action available"

I am trying to create a zap using the email parser as a step in the flow. However, when I try to select “Email Parser by Zapier” in the app selection tool it says “No action available”.I’ve set up my parser template, configured the first step with the mailbox to receive email, and tested the trigger. But when I try to add the Email Parser as the second step I get the “No action available” message.Am I missing something? I appreciate y’all’s help!

Everything is fine but we receive "Zap Could Not Be Switched On"

Our hook triggers are no longer working, Although every test works fine, when we try to turn on the zap, it disables in approximately 1 second and when we refresh the page it automatically deactivates. And I receive email as:“Unfortunately your Zap could not be switched on. Please try enabling it again, and if you still experience issues, get help. Thanks,The Zapier Team”The problem is we do not change anything with our zaps but the same zaps not working for 15 days (Possible problem is we do not receive bundle.targetUrl)How can I solve this issue

Trouble Using INDIRECT ROW Method to Insert Dynamic Formula with VLOOKUP

I’m hoping to use INDIRECT and ROW in a formula to get around the fact that new rows do not copy down formulas. I was able to get this method to work for one formula but I have another formula that it’s not working on. No error is given, just a blank value.=IFNA(VLOOKUP(INDIRECT("D" &amp; ROW(),'Shipped Orders'!B:X,23,FALSE),""))I’ve tried it every which way with no dice. Any formula pros know what’s going on?

'Search Mention in Twitter' trigger giving different results than on Twitter

Hi all,  I am trying to set up a Zap using Search mention in Twitter trigger. I want the Zap to return search mentions from my followers that contain the terms ‘Paper’, ‘Article’ or ‘Study’ and that contain an URL.My problem is that the search term I have made using Twitters advanced search function (see below) returns the correct tweets in Twitter, but it doesn’t return the same Tweets (or tweets meeting that search query) in Zapier. I have tried putting these queries as plain text and as URL encoded queries (see below). In Zapier, the trigger either fails to find any mentions or it provides a mention from an account I don’t follow with none of the keywords I entered.Are there any suggestions for why this might be happening and how to fix?Search Query: paper OR article OR study filter:follows filter:linksURL encoded search query: paper%20OR%20article%20OR%20study%20filter%3Afollows%20filter%3AlinksThanks in advance, Kas
