Hi Team,

 

I wanted to highlight a recent issue that we are now facing while creating zap for Monday.com CRM. Zap is correctly setup. It sends us the test data. However when we turn on the zap it goes off again. 

When looked into it noticed that zapier is giving a message “Zap has draft”. 

Created new zap with same condition and it also shows the same message. 

I want to understand what draft zap is trying to notify as there is nothing as draft as zapier.

It looks like you reached out to our Support team and they’ve responded with some suggestions. 

For anyone else who finds this, here’s some useful info:

When you see a Zap switched off automatically, this is usually due to an error with the Trigger step. 

If you’re encountering something similar, it’s worth checking the trigger step to see if there are any error messages. If not, our Support team can look into the logs to see what might be the problem :)
