Hello Zap-sters,
I am attempting to create a zap that copies my row into a googlsheet and is triggered when a New Row is added into my smartsheet. When I test the zap everything tests fine and the row is successfully copied into my destination google sheet, but when I publish the zap it does not work any longer. Perhaps it is not triggering? Perhaps I need to add a formatter step?
Any help troubleshooting would be great, thanks!

The Smartsheet Zap triggers are NOT instant.
Polling trigger: the majority of triggers are polling triggers.
With a polling trigger, Zapier will request data from your trigger every 1 to 15 minutes in order to start your Zap, depending on your pricing plan.
