Hmm, do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error and where you’re seeing it? That might help us determine if the error is related to Facebook Lead Ads or Kajabi. 🙂

In the meantime, it might be worth verifying all your permissions are setup and good to go as Facebook can sometimes be a bit picky. You can check out the requirements for Facebook Lead Ads here:

Hey @jakekahane! It looks like you were able to write into out support team about this who gave the following advice:

Could you please try reconnecting your Facebook Lead Ads account and then create a test lead to see if that'd help:

1. Go to Facebook's Leads Ads Testing Tool here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing/ and select your Page & Form
2. Click on “Delete Lead” (Don't worry — it won't delete any live leads, just Facebook's example lead)
3. Click on “Preview Form”
4. Fill out your Form like normal.
5. Click the "Track Status" button
6. Review the section below "Track Status" for any errors or messages (if you can send a screenshot of the results that would be great)

Testing those steps and then replying to your open thread with support is going to be the best way to get this one resolved. Best of luck!
