Mailchimp is Pulling Old Subscribers instead of new ones when loading samples in the trigger

My zap is not working correctly because the subscribers that it pulls in when I run the trigger test for new subscribers to segment or tags are very old. We have since updated the fields in Mailchimp. When I try to load new subscriber it always pulls in the same 3 old ones that have the old format still. Is there a way around this? The zap is not working correctly because of it.

monday.com and PandaDoc - Multiple elements into one PandaDoc

I’m currently trying to workout how to add multiple elements to a single PandaDoc document using zapier. As of now, I have created a trigger for when an item is updated, it creates a new PandaDoc file using a template, this part work fine.The problem is that I need to be able to add mulitple elements into the same PandaDoc docuement, if I try and select multiple elements in monday and then trigger the creations, instead of creating one document with all the elements in creates a seperate document for each.Is there such a way I could get this to work ?Thank all !

Cognito Forms Pulling phone number from a recent form submission instead of the new one

ive done all the steps but for some reason its attempting to pull the phone number from an old form on my account and text that and its not pulling the new number from the form when the customer fills it out. do i have a misunderstanding of how this works or just have it set up wrong?

Hello, So I have a massive Google Sheet that’s super ugly but very convenient. I want to create a zap that updates my Notion Database whenever I update something on this massive sheet. So I am using this flow →flowchart for my zapNow for the last action, I cannot figure out how the search function works. For the item column do I put take the value from the Google Sheet or from the Notion Databasewhich one?Because I get an error for both

QuickBook Online: Missing Vendor Fields

Hi there, I’m trying to automate adding new vendors in QBO from a Google Sheet. The problem I have is that there are many vendor fields in QBO missing from the Zapier integration. Here is what’s available in Zapier:Zapier QBO Vendor FieldsAs you can see, the fields are very basic - adding a vendor typically requires much more information. Here are some examples of vendor fields in QBO not available in Zapier:Additional QBO Vendor FieldsI really need to find a way to input information from Sheets into these additional QBO vendor fields, but it doesn’t seem to be possible. Does anyone know how I might accomplish this?

Hubspot New Ticket Property Change Trigger error: "The maximum allowed batch size is {} [100]"

I am having an issue specifically when I try to trigger a zap using the “Change to Ticket Property” in Hubspot.When I try to use it it tells me that I have reached my secondly limit. Every other Zap that makes calls to Hubspot is working. This zap only runs a couple of times a week, so it definitely shouldn’t be exceeding the number of calls it can make to Hubspot.I have tried testing it by having it only retrieve one other property to make sure that none of my Hubspot properties is making it freak out. Still doesn’t work. I am thinking it is just a glitch from a recent zapier updated. This zap has been functioning perfectly for months. This is a new and sudden issue.

Adding a new row in Google Sheets does not send an email automatically

Hi there! I have set up a zap to automatically send an email when a new row has been added to a Google Sheet. However, the trigger does not activate at all. I have tried the following troubleshooting measures:Changed the connected Google account Added new rows instead of just populating information into empty rows Waiting more than 15 minutes in case this was a polling trigger (instead of instant) Off and on the zap again  I have attached images of my zap below.  Thanks in advance!

Strava/Google Calendar working in Windows but not in android app

Hello.i have created a Zap that will synchronize new events in Strava App to Google Calendar.It is doing fine with new events and past events (when using the transfer interface) in Google Calendar on Web but Curiously the updates don’t show in Google Calendar Android Application …Before you tell me to synchronise the both i assure you that i ve done it and verify that : If i create a new event in the web calendar it appears instantly in the android one and if i delete something in one it disappears on the other.Most strange : if i duplicate the event created by Zapier in the web calendar it appears then in the android one but then there are two similar events and it is not a solution … Any advices? Thank you.

Gmail to Gmail ZAP problem (loop)

Hey everyone! I have a problem with my zap for gmail. I have a current set up that when I receive an email in my gmail, it sends that exact email to a colleague of mine. After I made the zap, my colleague got the same old email every 15 minutes. How do I fix this loop on my zap so that it only sends NEW labelled emails ONCE. I don’t want it to repeat the zap on its own after a specific period of time (sending the same email that is most recent). Thank you!

Failed to create a create page photo in Facebook Pages: (#100) Object does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permission or reviewable feature, or does not support this operation.

Im trying to post on Facebook-Page with Real Account and it is not working it shows the following error:(#100) Object does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permission or reviewable feature, or does not support this operation. This endpoint requires the 'pages_read_engagement' permission or the 'Page Public Content Access' feature or the 'Page Public Metadata Access' feature. What could be the reason why Zapier is not able to upload my worksheets from Google for the Action?

When setting up a Zap, I am trying to connect my Ecwid Orders to Google Sheets, and for some reason after I am signed in and the connection to my Google Drive is there, Zapier can’t load my worksheets from my drive. Anyone know why this could be? I have saved it and refreshed the page, and tried connecting other google accounts to test, with no luck.

Unable to Trigger a Zap in Slack with Saved Message

Slack recently changed the way that the "Save" feature works with messages. Now, when you save a message (by clicking the bookmark symbol), it shows up in a section called "Later."Unfortunately, this seems to have broke my Zap because the triggering event to create a Todoist task was Saving a message in Slack(screenshot attached). As anyone else run into this issue? I hope this is something that Zapier is working to update on their end.

Squarespace checkout custom form not found

I’m trying to pull in details from the Squarespace ‘Check out page custom form’ but the form isn’t coming up in the list of forms in my zap set up. I tested it out the other day and it was there, but when I’ve gone back in today to finalise my zap it’s not coming up. I’ve got the advanced commerce package level on Squarespace and created a full access API but the form just isn’t showing up.

ChatGPT Returned Image Description Discrepancy: Accurate in Browser, Inconsistent in Zap Tests with Google Drive Links

Hi all, I am trying to create a zap that takes an image link (Google Drive) and generates a description for that image in ChatGPT. When I put a prompt into ChatGPT in the browser, I get a reliable and accurate description, but when I am testing my Zap with the same prompt, ChatGPT seems to describe a completely different image, entirely unrelated to the one under the link in my prompt.Has anyone had a similar problem or know how I can solve this?Thanks all!

500 error with WordPress authentication with PODS plugin

My Zap had been functioning for 2 or so years without issue. Around 8 March it seems the authentication to my WP site was lost.Attempts to re-authenticate failed (https://share.cleanshot.com/7tPSZNVN) until I deactivated the Pods plugin.There hasn’t been any updates to WP Core or any plugins on my WP site for 2+ months. There’s been no update to the Zapier plugin for over a year, so nothing for me to update there. I successfully authenticated while Pods was deactivated. Issue with connecting Gmail to Google Sheets for mass email campaign: "No data" error message

I’m trying to send a mass email campaign to contacts on my google spreadsheet through gmail however it shows up as “no data”. What can I do to fix this. Also how do I create an action that will add an email to the same function once adding it to the same columns as the previous ones on google spreadsheets.  Google Sheets Email List→ Gmail Broadcast → Post Date when contacted on spreadsheets next to email contacted → Set action to continue sequence to emails that haven’t responded → make note of email that responded in google spreadsheets.

Email by Zapier not stripping signatures any more?

Hi - I used email by Zapier to strip out signatures, but the behaviour seems to have changed. I either use:Stripped text - which I expect to contain the text from the email body excluding the email signature Stripped signature - which I expect would just contain the info from the signatureThis has been working fine until the last couple of days. Now the stripped signature field is blank and the stripped text contains the signature still. I’ve tested this with a variety of signatures, and retested it with emails where it has correctly parsed the signatures before.This is happening with a variety of signatures, which previously have been stripped without any problem. Including those with ‘--’ or similar to indicate a signature or signatures without those symbols that just have name, job titles etc.Would appreciate any thoughts on what might be going wrong!

PDF.co Filler Tool Asking for Password - Need Help Troubleshooting Password Prompt Issue

Hey there, i am having troubles with the pdf filler tool from pdf.coAlthough i deleted the set password for the pdf, it still asks for one when i try to open the pdf downloaded from the link generated The downloaded pdf has this weird name i gave the original .docs months ago. I obviously changed the name when I converted it into a pdf and uploaded this pdf to pdf.co aswell with the correct name!Especially the password-problem is a little bit annoying since i don’t want my customers to type in a random password. Kind regards

Calendly: New Appointments with Updated Questions Not Loading as Triger Samples, Only Fetching a 3-Day-Old Event

I have recently updated a calendar meeting in Calendly with new question fields. There have been submissions with the new caledar events with the new fields, however, the new appointments are not pulling in. I have tried reconnecting the Zapier and Calendly integration with 3 seperate connections and all have connected but are only pulling in one recent calendar event. Is this a recent bug or a work around for this? The most recent appointment it keeps pulling in is 3 days ago.. Even if I load more it just keep pulling in the 3 day old event. This is the same on each connection of Calendly to zapier.. Thank you

CircleLoop error: Zapier could not connect to your account, server_error.

Whilst trying to connect to Circleloop, I repeated get an error message from Zapier. Has anyone had this issue before? Is it an issue with Zapier or circleloop? Any ideas how to fix this?
