Why does it return invalid URL when it is actually a valid URL?

I resolved the issue.  I had to decode the information in the formatting.

    Before we dig deeper into this, could you please share a screenshot of the error you’re running into? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:
