I am creating a PTO/FTO request process using SurveyMonkey, Excel, and Outlook.Can I hide rows in the Excel sheet once the request has been completed and approved? Or will this trigger the Zaps with the rows are hidden or unhidden?My goal is save the data request without having to do constant scrolling to the bottom for the management team.
Here is what I am trying to do. I have set up and tested an inbound Catch Raw Hook from twilio inbound sms. i also set up the formatter to put the number in the correct format. This part works fine.The problem is the monday.com action to find a item (Contact) by comparing the inbound phone number from twilio. hereis how the action is set up.I am getting the output formatted number from the zapier formatter. it seems pretty straight forward but i keep getting the error in the first screen shot. I have tried changing the format and even removing it completely but no luck. I’m sure im just missing something simple. any help is appreciated.Thank YouSeran

Hello, Hoping someone can help me. As a work assignment I’m trying to develop a zap to automate various stages of meeting deck creation. I began by doing New Event Matching Search in Google calendar - in this case, ‘Governing Board Meeting.’ Then i have it automatically creating a deck from a preestablished template. So far so good. This works.What I want to do next is find a way to get zapier or one of its connected apps to go into said deck and actually do assignments to x person, y person, z person, on the individual slides for which they are responsible.My first go-to was connecting Asana, because most of my team members are on Asana, but one of our internal software developers saw what I was doing and strongly discouraged it. I have to come up with another solution, preferably connecting apps that are in Google Suite using Zapier.Having said that, I even tried Google Tasks, but google tasks will not allow me to assign tasks to other people.Is there a way to program Zapier to actua
in the pict above i succeed to send some reminder from the excel to whatsapp to 3 different people via zapier whatsapp message. Every whatsapp step above contains different number and need to add otp code which is inappropriate to ask the person. I have built the following Zap Description of Zap:I have Google Sheet table. This table has columns.One column is called “Due Date” another column is called “Returned”Everyday at 8AM: IF Due Date is before today AND IF Returned = No, then I want the Zap to send me a single email notification.I built the Zap and it works great, the issue is that I keep adding more rows everyday, and as I add rows I get more notifications. I want to limit the notification to 1 notification per row. So if I got one email today about Row#2, I do not want to get also tomorrow the notification about Row#2 again.. Hi I have created multiple Document templates within CLIO. How do I make a Zap that auto generates one of them when a new matter is created? The trigger I am using is “When a new matter is created”, and I presume the action is “upload document into matter”Any ideas?
I am not sure if anyone has faced a similar issue but when I am trying to create a new Lead every time a new Contact is created in Apollo, the Contact’s details in Apollo are not being mapped into appropriate Fields for PipeDrive. Although I am selecting appropriate Data for all required fields in PipeDrive to be pulled from Apollo, when I test the Zap, I keep getting the following error:Failed to create a lead in PipedriveNeither an Organization nor a Person were provided. However when I attach the download link the contact is redirected to a google docs login page. They cant download the PDF. Help pleaseeeee :)
I’ve successfully created a connection with Amazon Seller Central, which when I run the test connection returns successful, but anytime I try to use a zap to connect and pull info I get an error something like the following:Error: Request to https://sellingpartnerapi-na.amazon.com/vendor/directFulfillment/shipping/2024-03-01/packingSlips returned 500. Error during execution: Raw request failed. Problem with your configured auth:The URL changes for different things I try, but I always get the 500, problem with your configured auth error.I’ve searched around quite a bit and can’t find any info that helps. Does Zapier connection not work with Amazon Handmade accounts?

In step 33, Zapier has to find a Pipeline-Deal based on an input. If this input doesnt exist / the zap does not work, Zapier should take an alternative route (error handle) and use the alternative input.In this case, it should be step 34.Absurdly, Zapier chooses 46 – the "Succes" path.
My Zap is supposed to send a MMS when the “Booked Date” field is 4 or more days before the “tour Date” field. if this is the case, the MMS is supposed to send 2 days prior to “Tour Date.” I have set up various filters so that it will format the date correctly in the MMS and also in the MMS step, so that the texting app (ClickSend) knows when to send the message. The Zap uses a webhook between Zoho CRM and Zapier. When the lead status is modified to Booked, it triggers the webhook for my Zap, and sends the MMS immediately instead of the 2 days prior. When I look at the Zap history it says that everything ran correctly.Anyone have any insight as to why the Zap is triggering right away instead of the 2 days prior to “Tour Date?”

HiSo I wanted to automate the process of making a new project in Frame. I have a set folder structure that needs to be added as soon as a new project is created. The folder structure has multiple sub folders within it.I’ve tried making zaps that manually creates each folder individually, but with 20+ steps required to do this it feels a bit inefficient & slow.Is there a way to do this in one step? For example I’ve got this folder structure in a template project. Could Zapier copy the folder from that project?
I am trying to sync TypeForm responses to a Notion database. I want all entries that come from a form to automatically be assigned to a specific sales person by default. However, this sales person isn’t a workspace member but just a guest. When I try selecting from loaded results I only see workspace members, and not guests. Is it even possible to assign a task/record to a guest or do they have to be a workspace member in order to be identified by Zapier? Is there a workaround for this? Thank you!!
I have a box.com account and when something gets signed off on from a website it emails multiple files to a folder using a folder generated email address. These are all time stamped with identical times. I want it so all these files then get a folder created and all these files then moved to be inside these new folder. Can’t seem to get the move files aspect to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,I am currently getting most of my leads from my connection with TIKTOK to my Monday CRM.Sometimes the same lead also books a meeting via my Calendly, this is not currently being captured by Monday. I want to add to the item that the lead has already booked a time with Calendly so they are not being called by multiple sales people.Im get stuck at the end where step 5 makes e pick an item ID to change. But this is something that is different all the time, not all leads book a calendly therefore will never be referring to the same item ID.I would really appreciate your help.
I’m trying to add all new google form sign ups to a google calendar event I have created. When i get to the 2nd stage of my zap, the calendar stage, I’m asked to put in ‘attendees’. Essentially, the answer should just be ‘respondent email’.. but I am prompted to but in a specific email or emails. This defeats the whole purpose of what I’m trying to do. I don’t know who will sign up. I just want the zap to automatically take whoever signs up on the form I’ve chosen on the zap, and add them to the calendar event that I’ve chosen on the zap. I know this is possible because I’ve done it in the past but i can’t seem to figure out how to do it again. Please help!!!
Does a Zapier webhook step count as 1 task?
Is there some recommended way to handle/distinguish between unprovided data (null/undefined) and empty data (empty string) while developing custom actions?Endpoint handles not-provided data as “no not change” and provided data as “change” and empty strings are valid values. I can, of course, do it by having a boolean field next to every data field, but it feels too nasty...
