I just got my Zapier set up. I watched some very basic intro videos. My first automation goal is to figure out ow toSend an email with a pdf attached (this is a waiver document that needs to be signed) when people sign up on Squarespace (linked to google drive sheet)And maybe have some kind of confirmation that the docs have been signed, but that’s secondary
I’m using Polymer as my recruiting software and want to copy all applications into Airtable.Most of it is straightforward, except for the responses to the questions in the job application (example here: https://careers.beomniscient.com/29503).You can see in the screenshot below that the data is nested and I can’t access those questions and responses to sync into Airtable.How do I access those values?(I’m not sure if “parsing” is even the right word here.)
Does Zapier pull information from the SalesForce calendar and if so can I send an email using the information in the Calendar?
I have a Zap setup to create a new document from a template in PandaDoc when a new entry is created from an Airtable form. If I set Send Document in the Create Document in PandaDoc action to “No”, everything works as expected. Fields are mapped correctly and I can go into PandaDoc after the Zap runs and just click “Send.” Easy, great. However, if I change Send Document to “Yes”, the Zap runs successfully and PandaDoc says the document was sent, but the recipient never gets an email. I’ve verified this with two different recipient emails. Both work when sending the document manually in PandaDoc if the Zap is not set to send the doc. Perhaps this is a PandaDoc issue, but wanted to check here first.
I have a trigger step that is an Email Parser. It ingests forwarded emails from a Gmail inbox and pulls out some values from the body text.Those values are sent as variables to a Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets action step. This step takes those values and fills in a row of a Google sheet. The zap ran well in testing and successfully wrote two rows from two emails. Since turning the Zap on, it has been triggered about five times in the normal course of business. All instances have run successfully and there are no errors in the log. However, the data has stopped actually writing to the Google Sheet.The log shows green check marks for both steps, and the data variables for all the cells I’m trying to fill in are successfully populated with data all the way through the action step. I just can not figure out what the hang up is! And I can’t get any error messages to give me a hint.
I am trying to add the Zapier bot to a Google chat group that I have set up. I have been able to configure the bot to send a message to me (when an email with a trigger lands in my inbox), but the option to add the bot to the group chat does not seem to work. Would my organisation need to give additional permissions to make this work? I have tried it on my personal account and it seems to work.

Hello there!I’m trying to build a zap where every time a changetable link updates/is flagged, that link is automatically assigned to all the users in a table (Zapier Tables) who meet a certain filter criteria.I’ve gotten this working fine with just one user, as an example scenario to help illustrate.User A has skill “Animal Husbandry” changetable flags an update to a page where’ watching with the word “Vets” that link is then put in a field “Relevant” for User A within the table.The problem comes from trying to update multiple users at once (As in all users that have “Animal Husbandry” in the ‘Skill’ column of the Table).I get the following error: Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve been working with an that will POST data to a File Maker Pro endpoint when a new Cognito form is submitted. I’ve got pretty much everything working but from what I can tell the JSON being sent to the endpoint is not getting stringified correctly. I have 4 steps in the flow, 1. When Cognito form is submitted, 2. Send a POST request to get an bearer token for authentication, 3. Take the data from the Cognito for and stringify it using a Java script, 4. Send a post to the File Maker Endpoint for submission to the database to create a new entry. The file maker pro server is a third party and its very strict on what needs to be sent to them. These aren’t required fields in Shopify, so why does Zapier require it to create a customer? En tout cas, does anyone have a suggested work around when you don’t have one or either of these but are required to input it? alt+255 blank space code isn’t recognized in zapier so no win there. worst case I can add a period or some other character there but we’ll be quoting/invoicing with this and having to period there will not be professional, and cause extra work in updating the customer to remove it Thank you

Hi all, I want to embed the Full Zapier Experience but I have a problem when adding my domain.On manage domains page, I tried to add my domain and click on "Save". The spinner turns and nothing happens even if I wait several minutes 🤔. I have no error, just the spinner that spins without stopping. If I refresh the page, my domain is not present.Any idea ? Thks,
I currently have 3 zaps all set to the same trigger, shunting a new discord message to three separate Buffers that go on to post to three different social media pages. (I need to do each buffer action separately cuz I’m on the free model). So it’s meant to go Discord Post → Zap 1, 2, and 3 → Buffer → Facebook, Instagram, Twitter My original test run worked splendidly. The OG test post was scooped, shunted to the right places, and sent on to their final homes. There was a minor issue with Instagram being fussy but the help desk got me sorted out. Then, I changed my Buffer password and it all randomly fell apart. Over the weekend, only the Twitter Buffer zap would trigger. The Facebook and Instagram ones stopped even trying. No error or any sign of life whatsoever. I looked into their settings and I think they are trying to pull data from the test only. The fields only have the option to pull data from the original test and I can’t seem to get it to recognize new posts at all. I double-c

I am creating a PTO/FTO request process using SurveyMonkey, Excel, and Outlook.Can I hide rows in the Excel sheet once the request has been completed and approved? Or will this trigger the Zaps with the rows are hidden or unhidden?My goal is save the data request without having to do constant scrolling to the bottom for the management team.
Here is what I am trying to do. I have set up and tested an inbound Catch Raw Hook from twilio inbound sms. i also set up the formatter to put the number in the correct format. This part works fine.The problem is the monday.com action to find a item (Contact) by comparing the inbound phone number from twilio. hereis how the action is set up.I am getting the output formatted number from the zapier formatter. it seems pretty straight forward but i keep getting the error in the first screen shot. I have tried changing the format and even removing it completely but no luck. I’m sure im just missing something simple. any help is appreciated.Thank YouSeran

Hello, Hoping someone can help me. As a work assignment I’m trying to develop a zap to automate various stages of meeting deck creation. I began by doing New Event Matching Search in Google calendar - in this case, ‘Governing Board Meeting.’ Then i have it automatically creating a deck from a preestablished template. So far so good. This works.What I want to do next is find a way to get zapier or one of its connected apps to go into said deck and actually do assignments to x person, y person, z person, on the individual slides for which they are responsible.My first go-to was connecting Asana, because most of my team members are on Asana, but one of our internal software developers saw what I was doing and strongly discouraged it. I have to come up with another solution, preferably connecting apps that are in Google Suite using Zapier.Having said that, I even tried Google Tasks, but google tasks will not allow me to assign tasks to other people.Is there a way to program Zapier to actua
