What app are you trying to use for sending the email?

I’m trying to use Outlook and the main issue I think I’m having is logging these emails to specific clients. Such as placing these emails in the notes of the relationships tab.

Yes they don’t help me. When logging my emails they want to put it under one specific account when I want to put it under the account of the sender.

Often the best way to determine is to try configuring and testing a Zap.
You would have to select the desired Salesforce Object to use in the Zap trigger step.
