Here is what I am trying to do. I have set up and tested an inbound Catch Raw Hook from twilio inbound sms. i also set up the formatter to put the number in the correct format. This part works fine.
The problem is the monday.com action to find a item (Contact) by comparing the inbound phone number from twilio. hereis how the action is set up.
I am getting the output formatted number from the zapier formatter. it seems pretty straight forward but i keep getting the error in the first screen shot. I have tried changing the format and even removing it completely but no luck. I’m sure im just missing something simple. any help is appreciated.
