How do i set up a Zap to add the details of a certain inspection from iAuditor and to a smartsheet?
I’m trying to generate purchase docs using data from Google sheets. The template has many pages and certain data like customer address shows up multiple times across the document. The template is set up so everywhere that the customer’s address shows up is set with a data label and they all match and are tied together. These fields are assigned to the salesperson and they are the first in order for signing so it goes to them for review before going to the customer for signing. When I manually use the template to send the docs entering data into one of the fields with the data label “Customer address” results in all the fields being filled across the entire doc set but when the docs are sent via Zapier it only fills one of the fields leaving the rest to be filled by the sales person. When I add a due date on a Trello card I want generate a task in Less Annoying CRM I have set it up ( I Think) but I am confused when I see the result.
I try to set up the following: When a member in Mighty Network invites a new member via a referral link, automatically trigger a payment via Stripe to the referring member's account. Additionally, notify the referring member via email about the successful referral. Is there a way to do so ? Because I tried this but mighty networks dont have the right trigger (memeber Joined via Affiliate link) Do u have an Idea? I have also thought about trying the following zap:https://zapier.com/apps/affiliatly/integrations/mightynetworks.However, you then have to connect an app, which I actually want to avoid. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with affiliate links in Mighty Networks? Thanks in advance
Hello, there was an issue with my payment information and therefore my account was downgraded to the basic free plan. This caused all my 412 premium zaps to be turned off. I have updated my payment information and upgraded my plan to the pro plan with premium zaps. The issue is my 412 zaps remained off. Is there a way to automatically turn on all 412 premium feature zaps?
I’m trying to copy client product data from Zapier Tables into Google Sheets, however in the 4th step where I use the action “create multiple spreadsheet rows”, I cannot call the specific spreadsheet that matched the “Business | Brand” field name (data) and thus I cannot enter in the respective worksheet info. I’ve tried to enter in the form data value for the “Business | Brand” field in the (spreadsheet & worksheet *required) sections of the actions. I get returned an error each time. This means that for each new customer I have to reset the automation to route to the corresponding Google Sheet with that respective brand’s name. It kinda defeats the purpose of the automation. The spreadsheets are based on the same template and thus have the same worksheet title and cell headers. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this automation I would be very grateful. I’ve attached screenshots of the zap below for all to see. Thanks!
Hello,I have a strange problem with created ZAP as it is working properly while testing but generating an error when published and triggered. I need to make an action depending on the warehouse ID of the product in Baselinker catalogue. I set the “Only continue if” action to check if the property “Product warehouse ID” is equal to 45387 (this is ID of one of the warehouses). The IF action works well while testing but when I publish it I get a strange value of Product warehouse ID:{{228093062__products[]warehouse_id}} and the IF action is not executing.Can some one tell me why Zapier get correct warehouse ID of the product from the order in Baselinker in testing mode only and not when published and triggered by the real order?
Upon submission of a Google Form, how do I create a Google Drive Folder and place files uploaded into that folder that were collected within the form? I have a form that has 3 different questions, each containing images for PDF files. When the form recipient completes the form, I want the following actions to occur:Create a new Google Drive folder (I figured this out) Find the files uploaded in the form across all 3 questions and upload them into the new folder that was created (this is the step I can not figure out)Any suggestions?

Hi, i've set a zap to create a 'to do' in microsoft 'To Do' app on the start of an event in outlook calendar but the reminder isn't coming through to the notifications on my phone. It isn't the notifications setting on my phone as other notifications show fine for 'To Do's (put directly into the Microsoft 'To Do' app)on the phone. Has ony one else created this Zap that works and could share it with me? Thank you.
Hi Guys,I host a ShipStation (SS) platform to manage various client orders. 1 client wishes to use a Zapier integration to link their system to our SS platform for orders. To do this, they require our SS API Key to create the link. Unfortunately this appears like it may give some unwanted access to some data for other clients. From initial testing, it at least gives naming detail (and order access) to any store on my SS platform (see example image).Is there any way to allow this Zapier linking access, meanwhile restricting the data that is given by this API link?(My apologies if there was a more succinct way of describing this. Hopefully it makes sense.)
Hi - new to zapier!I’ve created a zap to forward lead info & quiz results from Interact to a form submission on Kajabi where i can create an automation to send their results and a nurture sequence.Problem is, I’m not seeing a way to add the field “quiz results” on the zap editor. What am I missing? Thanks so much!
When I’m in ChatGPT I can ask it to look on the Internet for up to date information (e.g. the weather).When I call ChatGPT or Open A.I. from Zapier it replies it cannot do that. What am I missing? Is this possible?All the best,Richard
Hi everyone! I just created a zap that should take my webflow form information and put it into Audienceful for me, but whenever I run it only the email address and the manually typed in tag information comes across. Can anybody help me with this? I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Zapier recommends for me to use their built in data table for keeping things organized, but I already have a google sheets doc with that information externally. I thought it would be as simple as having zapier add the names to a google sheet as it is to integrate with Audienceful, but so far no luck. Thanks! -Jordan @ FTNSS
Hi all, I have a weird thing happening with my Zaps. I found that all of them were turned OFF and when I looked into it, it appeared that none of the previously connected apps (such as Slack, GMAIL, Google Calendar etc) were connected anymore.I have two questions:How could this happen?? Is there away to enable all zaps again after I have reconnected the apps other than go in and do one by one?
Context:I am using Zapier to connect an Airtable base to a transactional email provider (Mailersend) Trigger: Airtable form submission Action: Send a welcome email I need to grab data from the Airtable to populate into the welcome message Some fields in the Airtable may be empty depending on if the user filled it out or not Problem:When Zapier sends the payload to the Destination app in the action step, it ignores all variables that are empty, null, or empty string “” It literally pretends like the field doesn’t exist, instead of sending an empty variable in the payload which is what it SHOULD do The email provider throws an error and doesn’t send the email because it didn’t receive the required payload I need Zapier to send an empty or null variable to the destination and stop ignoring it! This is infuriating me.Attached:A screenshot that Zapier Support sent me. They retrieved the raw payload that they are sending to the destination, and confirmed for me that Zapier does indeed see

Hi I’m trying to set a zap up so that a form filled out on my Squarespace site will make a new item in my podio database/app. This is to collect leads for rental properties. Most fields show up correctly, but multiple choice/radio button in my Squarespace form won’t sync correctly in Podio. E.g. if a customer picks one choice with the radio button in the form i want the corresponding choice to show up in the podio item. Right now when setting up the zap, i can only pick a set choice from the form, so all entries end up with the same set choice in podio. Hope you understand.
I have linked Person and organisation from jotform to pipedrive to generate a new record in pipedrive from web lead enquiries. This part of the process works fine. I want to create a Lead for new records automatically uploaded into Pipedrive. I added a step to the aforementioned process to “Create Lead” but I keep getting an error relating to the person field in “Create Lead”, can you advise and no new lead is created?

Hello team,I am trying to see if Zapier is something we can use, as we want to have automations.The action needs to be a new email that needs to be sent to the customer. We receive the email from the platform as the trigger (Watch email), and I want to use the customer email address which is mentioned in the email content (see attachment).Also, I want to use the information such as date of booking and booked for amount of people in the email content of the new email. How am I able to do this? I am new to this so any help is appreciated. :)

Hi, I am trying to create a Zap that updates an existing row on an excel spreadsheet once the Deal Stage has been updated on Hubspot for the corresponding deal stage however I keep getting the message “The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format” upon testing. I ahve read previous replies to a problem like this but am unsure what it means when it is said “it needs to be mapped from Step 1 to 3”? Please can i have some clarification on this?
