Failed to create a deal in ActiveCampaign The app returned "The provided account does not exist. (422)".

Hi,

I am trying to set up a zap so when a contact is added in active campaign it automatically adds them to our deal pipeline also in active campaign, and even though we have over 30 zaps connected to the active account i get the message below when trying to set this zap up

 

Failed to create a deal in ActiveCampaign

The app returned "The provided account does not exist. (422)".

 

Can anyone shed any light on this please

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of your ActiveCampaign action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:

Hi @CBM123 

Make sure to map the ActiveCampaign Account ID to the Account field in the step.
