Hey, i’ve been using zapier to send me text messages when I get a new lead on a facebook form. I thought I’d signed up for a basic account that included 2 step zaps, cause at the minute I feel like thats all I need! The service is great, and been very helpful, but now, after a week or two I’ve had the notifications that these notifications have been switched off, and won’t turn back on unless I upgrade? The basic plan says that it includes 2 step zaps, which this is. So i’m a little bit confused about why this has happened? If anyone could shed some light on this, or give me some advice, that would be great. Thanks
I am trying to create invoices in QBO from a Notion database. I figured out how to do it for one customer, but how do I do a general database where I select which customer is it and then create the invoice in QBO? It wants me to enter the customer specifically but I want to find the customer and create the invoice for the customer based on who I entered in Notion. Then….. I want it to update the invoice, if I make an update in Notion.

Hi, I tried to set up an automation that would send a conversion event to TikTok when a ClickBank sale happens.I am stuck with the second part at “TikTok Conversions” Zapier asks me to fill out fields such as CRM Event Set ID, TikTok Lead ID, etc.Has anybody ever set up TikTok conversion & Clickbank integration successfully?Any help would be appreciated.
Webhook Trigger. The connection is good. Item ID and Text data working. Problem is Date Formatting not being accepted by SharePoint. Throwing code shown in attachment.I have Date being formatted by formatter, and using that (as well as a ton of other attempts). The formatter tool works perfect. Even when I manually type in date with the exact format SharePoint shows and is set to, the fields do work together.When I type exact format into SharePoint directly it accepts it. Hello, we are building a impact survey on webflow that will be recorded in airtable. One part of our survey has a multi select option. When a form is submitted it is showing as “truefalsetruetrue” instead of showing each individual element. I thought that Zapier might be able to help but I am not having much luck. I even tried paths however it will only record one answer instead of selecting multiple options.

Hi,Currently using langchain 0.1.9, I am not able to integrate with zapier. With the API key I am able to list the zapier NLA actions but not able to interact with any of the actions. Like I am not able to find email from my account. The LLM is hallucinating and I am not able to see any error message. Moreover I am not seeing any logs of connection to that particular action. I am trying to create a few different zaps, but they are all coming up with similar issues.First off, I am trying to create a zap that once someone has purchased my course in Kajabi, it will automatically add them to my Flodesk subscriber list, and then automatically send them a confirmation email from Flodesk.Similarly, I am also trying to create a zap where once someone purchases my course in Kajabi, it automatically sends them my Docusign contract via email for them to sign. Once I get to the “Action” part under Step 2 (Create/Update Subscriber in Flodesk) - it asks for the segment to add them to on Flodesk, and then underneath, a specific email, first and last name. I obviously don’t want to have to add each new student’s email and name manually into the zap in order for them to receive their confirmation email, as that defeats the purpose of the automation. How do I combine two webhook data from clickfunnels in zapier to send it two our crm in one data?
We use Go High Level as our do-it-all (mostly) platform for clients. We have a new client who uses Microsoft Dynamics as their CRM. We are running multiple email marketing campaigns for the client, and the client has requested their leads/contacts in Dynamics be updated with the activities we are doing in Go High Level. We are working with thousands of leads/contacts, so this is not something that realistically be done manually. I’ve talked to Zapier support a couple of times and been told that this integration is possible, but I haven’t figured it out and would rather not pay a couple thousand dollars to have someone build the zap for me, if possible.

I have a zap created that when we receive a new recurring donation in Zeffy it will add the donor to a welcome series in Convertkit. However, it is changing the individual’s name in Convertkit to the that of the testing record I used. How do I fix this?
I recently upgraded both, my code by zapier python action which was deprecated and now the same for my monday.com integration. After only 2 weeks now both show again that they need upgrade. Does anybody have any information on that, in terms of python steps it now shows the version that uses Python 3 again. In terms of monday.com, it also wants to upgrade to Monday.com 3.0.0 so i am wondering if now every few weeks the connectors are deprecated and need upgrade because that is not very userfriendly in our case to upgrade each zap individually.
Hi! I’m completely new to automation, and have been struggling to find a solution to a task I would LOVE to automate.I handle social media for a shopping mall (among other clients), and would love to be able to automatically share the content from our tenants’ pages to our own page as and when the post. Is there a way to do this using Zaps? Every solution that I think might work only shares posts from one of my platforms to another, i.e. my Facebook to my Instagram - which is already handled by Meta Business… Anyone have any ideas or tips on how I can automate this process?
